About myself

Experience
I started my adventure with sokker 2,5 years ago and since then I carryon team named Arsenal Bydgoszcz, with wich I was promoted from V-th to IV-th league. I'm planning another promotion to III-th league in the next season to what I was preparing by completing specific squad. There were few and are now, National Team players at my squad (for example from Romania NT, RSA NT, Scotland NT, Island NT) that majority of them I promoted to their NTs wich shows clearly my abilities in looking for a real talents and knowledge of positioning players on exact positon on the field.
Since a year my son is leading a team in sokker, and with my instructions he was promoted from thelowest level hear - A-class league to the V-th league now.
Plans for the National Team
- The primary target is to achieve the best position at qualifiers to World Cup and an attempt of promotion to this performance. NT of China is able to win with middle class teams and also with better that itself, but Your country needs a specific tactic and accordant players,
- for a minimum I assume to play 3 matches with strong teams that will show strength of your NT,
- also for a minimum I assume a 4 u-21 matches to check juniors, that could be in the future base for the first NT
- promotion of players on a transfer market by a recomendation
- making a data base of players pretending to play for a NT
- contests: for a winner an ability of display his player that isn't on NT for a friendly match
