Yes, but remember change him when you have the oportunity.

The youth-school is very important for the comunity in your country because they will be the future of a national team, also this is a good investment.

Also remember for the youth-coach is only important the general level, his individual skills are not importants.

from 12.3 he jumped 2x in playmaker to adequate and once in pace to excelent so i think he talented is.. cause 3 jumps in 4-5 weeks.. thats look very nice
