The "adequate 3 weeks" how many weeks ago did he arrive?

do you use Sokker Oganizer or Sokker Viewer? you can see his talent, and how many time will he grow old.

i use sokker organizer.

what is the talent of his players, and when he arrived to you?
this is the most important things. ;)

the best option is, when the youth player to you in the begining of the season.
