good 2 - pop once, starts 19 weeks
adequate 8 - no pop, starts 18 weeks
adequate 17 - 1 pop, starts 29
good 18 - 1 pop, starts 21
good 29 - 1 pop, starts 34
good 31 - 1 pop, starts 33

do you think i should sack the 2nd and 3rd?

yep, the 2. and 3. hasn't good talent, sack them.
the first one is bad too, but don't sack him, he has only 2 week to join your team.


maybe they will be great, but you need to wait at least two pop to know his talent:
good 18 - 1 pop, starts 21
good 29 - 1 pop, starts 34
good 31 - 1 pop, starts 33

i don't know how is yours coaches but i can say that wothout to spend much money you can choose the BRILLIANT to,which is a very good level for your young players and he isn't too expensive.
Imho,the best choice for level and salary .) don't forget!

are you serious? a brilliant cost ~25000€/160.000P, its a hell of money for users who play this game only 1-3 seasons. don`t forgot the income here in the philippines is really low even you`re playing in the premier league ;) imo excellent-outstanding is enough for the beginning....
