on your sk@ you have written that he popped once time after 4 weeks,so you can't know his talent,at least in young school..
..now you have only to train him and when he will pop 2 times in the same skill you'll have some more informations about his talent :D

if you use sk-viewer, just click on a plus next to his name.
the menu will extend and then click on the position called 'junior' or 'youth' - i'm not sure which one will it be in the eng version, cause i have the polish one.
