all players u21 are studied by my staff,we follow their training'schedule and also we help them to found an adequate staff to train in the best way possible our youngs guys :)

sure!it's essential for a little country that every young players is controlled and directed to the best training possible.For me this is a duty but also a pleasure cause otherwise we'll have not a future but only frivolous results .)
