youth school is mainly matter of luck.
when to open it?
Well I think You shall consider opening ys when You are sure that You can afford at least excellent trainer (many players says that it's absolute minimum and You shall hire better if You only have eough founds to spent). In addition You have to open 6 places for juniors evry saturday update (evry saturday max number of 6 juniors can come to ys).
how long it takes before i can pull one?
Depends on luck... junior can come to ys and stay there 1-34 weeks (if I remember correctly...) and can be pulled after this time elapses. Juniors are coming to ys at age of 16-18 and their age is updated with evry age update on sokker after end of the season.
what level of skill it can produce?
This is most luck-dependable matter. First of all junior can come to school with 'junior level' terrible-good, and it depend on his talent and coach level what will be his pulling level. From pulling level depend total skill point ammount which would be assigned to 8 player skills categories (stamina, keeper, pace, etc...). Maximum level of skill in those categories are excellent except of stamina for which good is max level.
is it profitable to open ys?
There are some diffrend opinions, but imho for pilipino users it's good way to make good moneys. For players from Your ys it would be quite easy to get call to NT's since Your country is quite young in SK and it needs lot of young players to make Your NT's stronger. It's not a secret that price of NT member is higher than similar player without chances for NT.
In addition I can say that keepin in school players without talent or those who have no chances to be pulled with level higher than average.

It depends how much money do you have:) I would strongly advise you to find at least outstanding coach to your youthschool-i`ve got some experience in this matter and i can tell that when i hired magical coach profits rised than it was in the beginning with excellent and outstandind choach:)

But it obvious that you can`t afford for magical trainer to your ysch so i advise otstanding as a minimum level:)

And of course you should know that it could take months when ysch will provide you some good money...

As the NT coach i advise you to open it-as experience user to think can you afford it;)

as of now, every week i have my profit/loss at negative with or without home match but of course decreases each week. if i open a youth school now, i'm afraid i'll be losing a lot. and as suggested to have an outstanding coach, i'm sure his wage wont be less than 100 000 pesos.

but what i see is it's a gamble i have take, i always have to pray on sokker god to give me youth player good enough to sell after few weeks and not 34 weeks as they say. :)

so, maybe i need more information on how would i manage a youth school.

well you always could star with excellent coach;) i started at this level;)
