as bobbaz wrote You need to make a decision, with taking main care on Your financial situation. If in two week period You are not making quite big profit You shall not open ys. It consumes a lot of money and first serious profits You'll make on it would come around 1-2 months after opening.
As I wrote before excellent is absolute minimum coach, and bobbaz said that minimum is outstanding... of course it is better to have outstanding but I don't belive that You can afford moneys for his wage at this stage. I think that until You manage to bring huge profits excellent/formidable is enough. Later when You'll have more moneys to spent I'd buy something around incredible/brilliant. Imo magical is a bit too good for ys. It consumes huge ammount of moneys and diffrence between brilliant-magical isn't so big to make these higher spendings on wage worth of consideration (maybe when You'll have no other idea what to do with moneys:))

mostly, people who just started playing say that it's not worth, i mean having a youth school.
you will not get any incomes if you don't have a good coach.

i don't think it is a good idea either.
try to train you players to get more money from selling them, win all the matches to make your sponsors happy and then start thinking about openning the youth school :)

It`s all true:) we all have right but wiser has to make his own decision and as i said-as NT coach i think it`s good idea cause it may help me and Mefju in the future but as normal user i think that if you don`t have good incomes you should not start ys now...i would advice you to wait as Mefju said...

take a note that keeping ys in Poland and ys in Pilipinas is a lot diffrent. In poland there are tons of juniors those have chances for nt. In Pilipinas a lot of juniors would have chances to get to NT. That makes their value so high and according to that it's easier to make profits here.
Anyway I bet that at least one user on Pilipinas has already opened ys. Maybe he can share his experience in mantaining ys is young country :)

when i started i bought formidable coach to my youngsters and there weren't so many pops, so it's not worth to have coach weaker than oustanding, i suppose.

Exactly-but from the other hand excellent is a good start because in the beginning you don`t have 30 juniors but 6-18 max if you got luck;)

That`s true but taking me as example-after 3 years from starting my ys i earned 13 mln zł(3,25 mln Euro) This how it looks for now in my team:

That is not much-maybe i`ve got bad luck but i think ys on pilipinas won`t be much more profitable ;>

i have ys open, and i would say that my financial status is negative. however, maybe i just got lucky with the starting players of my team and never loss important matches. with this, i would say it helps my economy to slowly recover.

i have two juniors which will be ready after 13 and 19 weeks, both with adequate skill level.
my junior coach is "very good" level, with wage of 48K pesos

outstanding ys-youth, but its not easy to afford that.....

also you have to think about it, that for every place in the youth-school you

Let me know if you have any talented youths that you want to sell! I'm training MIDs at the moment, and I have 5 magical coaches in my training staff!

I can help Philippines train good midfielders. Currently, I'll be concentrating on training technique, passing and playmaking for many seasons. So if you have any youths (16-19yrs old) with at least good pace, recommend them to me! I'll see if I can take them on my team.

Strikers also possible as I will be training technique this season. So if you have potential youth strikers that need technique, you can recommend them to me too! I'll help train their technique up!

so i wonder how would a get a less expensive coach just as you enumerated? i use the coach search by the way, never tried on the transfer list.

how long you think before you can recover with your financial status, by the time your youth player is ready?

by the way, is adequate level youth player will be good enough to sell?

For recover your financial status you must to be lucky really. Some user have lucky and their ys produce young talent players, logical they recover their money inmediatly with one sell :P

thats the point, try it on transfer list. coach search is a little bit like lottery ;)
