Hey everyone,
my name is Pat and I'm from Cologne, Germany. I want to candidate for the job of th Pilipinas u21-National-Coach.
I started playing sokker 3 years ago and managed to finally establish my team in the 3rd division in Germany. That's also what I want to do with Pilipinas. I'm here to build up the right structures to make this country more successful in the future. Right now it's a very small country, so it is very important to make the best out of this situation and start creating a functioniong system to make the national team better.
If you have any questions, feel free to post them here. I will do my best to answer them.

Summed up, I want to do this:
- Show activity in the Pilipinas Forum
- Help improve the sokker base in Pilipinas, f.e. giving individual help to the users
- Set up a good structure for the future of Pilipinas NT, because I'm sure the country will grow and the NT should be ready for that growth. This means of course acquiring a database to keep track of the players and installing a scout system, that will work efficiently.
- Therefore I'll recruit a team to manage all this. For example the user JayRod (a former Scout for the German-NT) will help me to make this concept work as good as possible.
I'm looking forward to more questions.

Offense wins games, defense wins championships ;-)
I prefer playing with a strong line of defense and looking to score on counter-attacks and most of the time the Pilipinas-u21 will be the weaker team, so we need to focus on a good defensive formation. If this is gonna be like a 5 man defense with wingers or a line of 4 defenders, will depend on the oppenent of course.
I don't want to focus on only one certain tactic though. A soccer team should always be "incalculably" ;-)
