I will create the website, where everyone can upload his player data. I will help the Newbies player and I inspire them to own the junior schools, I want to reform youth player training. Example you want to own the junior schools and you need formidable junior's coach but you haven't enough moneyt to pay formidable coach. I will pay him to train your juniors talented players. An I will give many advise the managers in Pilipinas. I would contact every day with the staff members (scout, assitants and U21 manager). I am Online every day, I will talk every manager beacause I think we have to cooperate to success something. I would like to organise the tipgame. Where you can tip 13+1 match results. Example:

i saw that you prefer 4-3-1-2 tactic, why this one?

I think with this tactic we can't receive many goal, because the 3 DM (Defend-Midfield players) can stop the opponent offensives on centre of field, and they can start offensive. This tactic have one attack middlefield who can be able score goal or take goal pass. I think this tacic can very powerful, if we find suitable players for this gamestyle. This tactic is used many very good team.
