Rumor has it that Jay handed in his resignation last week after a drunken celebration over Makati last week. Its seems defender Zane Sullivan had too much beer and threw up all over Ting. Ting apparently decided hanging out with a bunch of international thugs wasnt in his own plans.

Enjoy Jay Ting. He may be the LAST Filipino to play for Bohol :-)

The Panthers is now affected by the issues about the National Team Coach election. The Management ask for the understanding of it's staff and it's player as they focus their attention on winning the election as they believe that a position meant for Filipino must be handled by a filipino. The Panther management is very firm to pursue their decision of running as NT Coach.

"We panthers will do our best to win the election, i hope that the team will be on our back on this as we fight for the sake of filipinos" Mr. Crispino stated, the manager of the Panthers. "We are committed to serve our country and there's no chance of quitting in the chase for NT position" he continue.

We ask the comment of the Goal Keeper of the team Joel Manzano(U21 national team member) who happened to be the captain of the team. "I am supporting the management any decision they made to improve our team so why should i will not support them especially if they want to improve our country status in international arena" he said.

"even though we focus that much in NT election, we are still committed in giving our fans the best actions they can watch in a soccer match, and i hope someday we can find ourselves playing in premier league as the players show their passion of attaining that goal" the Panther coach said.

"Our budget now is in stable condition that is a good sign" manager added. "Expect minor changes in our lineup as we want to fill some position but we're trying not to unload some players as far as the team budget can afford their salaries" he added. "The Panthers is open for any offer from an assistant coach who seek a job" Mr. Crispino stated.

"To our fans and to those who love soccer, we invite you to watch our games as we need your support in facing stronger teams, what our team can offer against them is a bigger heart and the inspiration they gained from showing to them your support and it's very evident by the increase in fanclub members every month and we will show to them that they pick the right team to give their support. Thanks and Godbless Pilipinas!

Is Philippines now ready to handle it's own National Team, we will find the answer when the election ended on August 30, 2009.
