Subject: National Coach - My Vote Goes to any Filipino Candidate

As i said anything in excess is not good. I only want the best manager whether Filipino or a foreigner. I dont want anyone being kicked out just because of nationality. Best practices are shared. Its always good to share so that others will learn. The forum is one venue where this can be done. So stay and continue sharing as you have always done.

pls answer me some simple question:

1 how can you invite an other country to friendly game? is any special topic or you can use only sk-mails?
2 how many player can you invite to the squad?
3 how many training get a player, if he play only in NT games? in this case, it's some difference between the WC matches and friendly matches? how many training get if he play a cup match in the team and NT match too? and if he play a league and NT match too?
4 what is miniWC?
5 wich is the most important skills for keepers, defenders, midfielders, attackers?
6 what's the difference between the wingers, and defensive midfielders, and offensive midfielders? (in skills of course)
7 you know how to defend a throw-in or a corner? pls explain me it in 4-5 sentence.
9 wich skills is important for a free kick or penalty?
10 what happen, if a team get to bankrupt, and your NT player is in the team.
11 this is the last match of latvija. pls explain me in 10-15 sentences wich is the best tactic against this team, and why. what is your point.

oh come on be serious,if he dont know it yet he can ask some more experience manager.
the only and most important question is if he have enough time to take care the nt-team ;)

so it's not important how many training get a filipino player? it's not important how can help him for the filipino usrers to get good juniors? it's not importan what play your NT against same strong teams?

nothing is important, only that he is a filipino. he don't know nothing from this game, he cant help fror other users, because he need help too.

you dont understand me :( whats the point e.g. if he knows that a player who plays nt receive 33% extra training? especially if the player plays a different position in nt than in a club-match? why he have to know how to handle a perfect ys-school? he candidate for nt-coach not for a mentor, because this is what you asking for. we have here a lots of topics to ask and get informations e.g. Newbie Pilipinas ;)
