Your speech is not bad too but speech isn`t most important here - experience is...and you`ve got not much of it:/ Main differance between us is that i decided to start in the elections when i had 3 years of SK experience and You after 3 weeks...

i'm a fast learner you know,,,maybe because i have an excellent mentor...i've been online everyday in this game and trying to read in the forum so that if i won the election i am not a puppet coach who can't move without the help of others...reading is a best way of learning and experience is just part of learning process,,,when the time comes that i can do what i've read then that is the right time for me to gain more experience and when that time comes that i'm experienced enough, that is the right time for you to judge my ability of becoming a coach...i respect you and vampyr just like my mentor bulacaneo but i will make sure that i will gain some respect from you someday...

then if you played this game for 3 years and experienced enough as you claim then why is that our team is losing huge from other country,,,i know they have strong players with high level skills...then it only shows that experience is not the decisive factor on this game but making the right choices of lineup and making a right decision in terms of tactics which is for me is the first thing i knew and i learned setting a tactic for just an hour and i'm trying to master it...what is important for me is that i have time for this game and i'm willing to learn...

we can do it all the time, so i cannot see any point of the conversation, because it's never ending.

well you won`t gain my respect when you`ve played only 4 matches in SK;) If you will promote to Premier League and beat bulacaneo than you`ll have my respect:) you should rather put bohol to this elections...

we`re losing because they are much more stronger than we are...if our opponent is only a bit stronger than we are winning:) i doubt that you will do even this:(

p.s. see our matches with Nicaragua or Ghana and think why they didn`t beat us;)

you killed me now and i really don`t know how i can answer to this:P

i've played with bulacaneo in a friendlies without my best GK-Joel Manzano...and we manage to have a 1 pt against 4pts. of of them...they're a strong team buti expect them to score as much as 10pts. but we manage to break that expectation with exactly opposit of what i've expect...

I would also help prepare you in your working young players for National team and are looking for.

i'm going to have an alternative class program in our school and i applied for futsal where an expert will teach us how to play soccer and we will be given a chance to play it at the field...when i learn that they offer this program,,, i don't think twice and join it...hopefully it will help me in making decision in this game...i hope i will learn a lot from it and experience the game itself at the field...another reason why you cshould vote for me...

you need to prove it first,,,clear out your intentions of running much more than you like the position of NT coach...besides i'm not yet an NT coach..but if i won i will cooperate to anyone who will win the U21 coach position...you can help me even if you didn't make it, i will be convinced that you have a good intention...

guys any advice to my last game???any changes that i should make...i need your advice guys especially from bulacaneo...

Check your defensive-sometimes your defenders are running like they were crazy which is compeletely unnecessary even if they have high stamina;) When i see on your squad i think you may start playing with 4 defenders in line(which is more effective than when there are only 3)...

If i were you i would sell Villaromán-he doesn`t have any important skill which could be useful if he would be striker,midfielder or defender(no passings,def or striker)...

And why are de la Cerna and Rojas Go playing so far from tha goal? They don`t have high pace and tech but the`ve got high striker-unfortunately the accutracy is lower when they`re not standing ahead of goal...it would be much better when they would be closer to Javier...

thanks...i'll try some posibble adjustments next game...dela cerna and go is the best possible frontliners in my team while i use only 3 defenders cause they are very good defenders...anyway i see your point, and it would encourage me to really make some changes in my tactics...thanks a lot sir bobbaz...

are you training striker? because if not think also on changing your system of play-playing with 3 strikers is one of the hardest systems(i know that cause i`m striker trainer and for long time i was playing like this:>) and you should think to move one or two of them(i know that they aren`t midfielders for sure but maybe selling them would be good option?) to mid line...
