Subject: The Real Election Issue

Theres been a lot of talk about technical qualifications and experience necessary to handle a prominent post in the Philippine league. For advanced and more populous countries this may hold true. This however is not the case for the Philippines. The underlying issue now is how a tiny nation of 26 teams can survive in the giant Goliath of Sokker.
The issue is not about technical coaching, its about having the right people at the top that can make Sokker a Filipino friendly game. When you look at Poland with over 20000 teams and several others with populations in the 1000s, 26 is not going to cut it. The Philippines may never have teams in the 1000's but I believe if we can attract a few hundred good managers, we can make a remarkable impression on this game.
The first step for the Philippines is to unconditionally establish its sovereignty and independence. The Philippines must be run by Filipinos for Filipinos. If you have doubt of this ask yourself this question. If you were a new potential manager would you want to be in a league dominated by foreigners or one where Filipinos communicate freely and call the shots? The answer is obvious.
As for the foreign people that have worked here and done good things we of course thank them. I realize they have put a lot effort into their tasks. I for one hope they will still stick around as advisers. That said, I think all foreigners should respect the Filipinos right to form their own free and independent league.
To close, the road Im suggesting is long, tedious and full of pitfalls. However I think if the Philippines take the easy comfortable path its going to be remain always a meaningless member in the Sokker community. This is the election issue. Philippine Survival.

Sokker is not just a tactical game and is not just an economical game but it's both, surrounded by random events.
Have a guide, a more expert user is a must to run faster, in my opinion.
If you want to face life alone, I think you will have a darker life.
That's why Barros and me decided to be coaches.
