Hello everybody,
it's already time to discuss about results and perspectives of Pilipino's u21.
Two seasons time could be an adequate time to judge an entering staff:during
this six months,we tried to set up an adequate team and the growth of the team
is quite evident,not only looking at the results.

It's not difficult to observe that the only weapon in our hands is and it will be only
tactic'study.That's due to the objectively poor development trend of Pilipinas Conference.
Sometimes tactics works well,sometimes it doesn't.

Best seasonal results :

Below our program for the next season :

NT Improvement area

- New Scout position in NT staff for one of you.
Scout is the most important role in the NT staff after the coach,overall in
U21 teams.He will be in charge to constantly looking for younger players,
follow them during the improvements and highlight them to the coach.
New Scout will join Rieman23 to the local promotion task too.

- Tutoring service for everyone of you who would wish it.
At the beginning in English language offered by pepo and me; the goal
of having the a new member of the staff is to extend the service in pinoy languages.

- Improving our ranking position.
We have already studied a friendlies'schedule so we can improve our ranking:I think
this(ranking position) will be next step to do in order to improve the future of this national
team.In these first two seasons we have laid the foundation with a great work with DB,
now it's time to improve our ranking'position

from tomorrow these players will play with senior nt.I think all,trainers and scouts,we have done a great work.Step by step we are building something good and i'm sure that results will come together with the growth of this group and other very interesting younger players.

OK ; next week on I'll get in contact with managers to try to suggest the best training path for each of them.

1st match with this new group of players and we can see immediately some big differences...unfortunately at this moment we lack on offensives players,so today we have played with strikers with only 6or7 on primary skill :( but Reyes is always Reyes,the man of decisives'goals! :D

...but i think that with a great work of scouting and a mindful training'schedule,pilipinas'u21 will be more competitive then now only in a couple of seasons.But the best important thing it will be that also senior nt will improves together with this younger group...so,with collaboration and seriousness,we have many reasons to be optimistic about next results :)

latest minutes before today's match vs Tunis:it will not be so simple to give some positive result but i hope to have done a good tactical'work :)It will not so simple cause this season our team is a little bit less competitive then in these latest seasons:specially we have greats problems with MIDs and Strikers too.We'll see,Have Fun!

thanks to all 9 who voted for me and thx to all community cause I am convinced that all we are building step by step something important.Senior nt will improve season after season and i hope also community will begin to grow to become more competitive with both national teams.
