After-match considerations :

Nice match today against Nippon and not so bad result for us (first half 0-3,second half 1-0):next friday we'll play return'match and we'll try some new tactic solution.It's not impossible fight for a positive result and this week will be useful for us to study at our best their tactic.

As usual today a new young player,close to be deleted,has been saved (86' P. Reotutar)

here we are at return match against Japan U21,a difficult but not so impossible match for our youngs.

this is our "fans expectations"

Supporters think the opponent is better, but with a little of luck you could spring a surprise.

Hello everybody,
it's still time to balance our works with Pilipino's u21 National Team.
This third season we succeded in picking up some fruit of previous management strategies.
Important wins and raising in world ranking as promised have been delicious drops of fun.

Tactics is still the only weapon in our hands. As a matter of facts, development trend of Pilipinas Conference keeps going very low (sometimes there's decrease of active teams) and our tasks are no way other then trying to monitor, save and valorize players we already know (about 80 players in "good" players db) and keep in account new youngers (about 50 in waiting list db).
That's deeply worrying for the future but, so far, something to cope with..

Best seasonal results :

Pilipinas-Nigeria 6-0
Pilipinas-Ghana U21 4-0
Pilipinas-Andorra 4-0
Pilipinas-Prathet Thai 3-0

8 won and only 7 loss matches (obviously against stronger teams then us),imo great season!

Current world ranking : 83p.

Below the program for next season :

- Scout position : the previous attempts to cooperate
with Pinoy managers to develop skills in scout position
seemed to be failed, so, if still nobody of Pilipinos
managers (anyway still welcome) wants to try this
adventure with us, we'll enrich out team with
a new Italian staff member.

- Tutoring service for everyone of you who would wish it.
It will be provided in English language by pepo and
me.

- Ranking position : last time we decided to try to improve
it and we succeded in. This time we should try to set up a
friendlies'schedule so we can improve even more our ranking classification.

- Usual initiatives to join the fun and the stimulation of
growth of the Conference,like Betting Premier League and differents new ideas

Pilipinas U21 : Prathet Thai U21

Here we are few hours before this interestinf match against Prathet Thai:this team is almost strong like us but i'm sure we are able to get a victory today.New tactic is ready even if our best players (now 22yo) are from today with senior nt:we'll see,now we lack a bit with strikers but defs and mids are ready to fight for get a new victory.Come on Pinoys!!!

what a horrible match :(( i know we are now without our stronger players (now 22yo) but i was thinking about a better football match today. Strikers are now very less competitive (Sy was also injured from 1' minute) and our passing level is very low:with new ME probably it'll be better to play with more mid to cut the space between mids and strikers...i'm very sad,next friday we must have our revenge!

Pre-match considerations :
Here we are at last match of this nice season:today we have some great problems,mostly with our strikers....at this moment Sy is injured and we have only Fajardo (with only solid striker against a very competitive iranian'gk)).Our defs are always competitive but it would be so difficult to try to score some goals...tactic is ready,i hope in a bit of luck cause imo this would be not a so easy match for our youngs guys...

nice first half and luckily we scored in firsts minutes cause our football was worse minute after minute...first goal for Noy Francisco,one of few positive things of this match...obviously as well this nice end of season'result,3-0.

Maybe it's about time for Ken soon, at least as he's in superdivine form a.t.m., or is he far away?

he's not so far (he needs at least +1 on tech and +2 on striker) but with only unsatisfactory stamina he can play max 15 minutes


this is our strikers'situation:

1-2)Sy - Fajardo (low pace for Sy and low striker for Fajardo)

3-4-5)Ponferrada - Barreto - Perez (all without stamina but ready to play)

6-7)Aquino - Cabrera (both mostly with low level of striker)

good job against Iran. :)

Match.. He played like a genius today :)
2 assists and 2 goals. A good efficiency!! Some of that matches and he will be my number one attacker :D
