I have 30 slots opened and 24 youngs, general level is good and maybe it seems a joke but it's not good, later I try to explain.
I am a crazy user because each week my budget goes down of 150k euros!
This week I had two pops on youth, but not so relevant a pop to adequate and the other to average, but we will see.
Right now we know this is a young country and your leagues have slow sponsors and few attendace on sunday.
I gain about 150k from sponsor and my attendance last season was around 17k - 29k.. the lowest is against Barros :)))
So I can have 30 opened slots. (Even if my account balance each week is in passive, but I am a good trainer so market saves me).
GENERAL LEVEL
In Italy we did some studies about slot and general level, in few words the stats show us that an highly level means less young on saturday!!
Some user believe that maintein tragic youngs (to have a lower level) is a good thing. I don't know :)
