For the others , I'm a co-scout and one of my tasks is to be the first interface of U21 National Team towards you.
You can express your opinions about the team, tactics and whatever you like here in the forum and I'll try to dialogue with you.
You can skip me any time , whenever and anyway and talk directly to Barros, of course !!!

I would like to start my relationship with you all with a survey about Youth School.
Do you think they are :

a) a useless and heavy expense
b) a moderate way to invest wages
c) an essencial base for the future
d) I don't know ...

Please , express here below your complete opinion: you'll help us to understand yuor orientation and doubts about this important topic.

It will be because I have made my fortune with them, but I think the youth are most important way to grow own team and improve economy.
Naturally in the beginning spending some money may seem exaggerated and economic results could be also not sufficient,but with time and constant improvement of staff i think that it would be gratifying and funny.Unfortunately luck plays a very important role in this side of sokker :(

I basically agree with you : all the chance we have and all the possibility to choose are focused on medium long term results. No youth school means only decrease of overall possibility to grown for every respecting club.
