yep,i was just thinking that your match is the most interesting to analyze this week

Inside tactic.Corner-kick and throw-in.

These are just simple examples,I hope they will be useful to all of you,at least as a starting point for a different tactical experience.

Corner kick :
Very simple movement of our two strikers (10,11):they try to go away opponents def and they cover both the posts.
Outside the penalty area we can see all our mids ready to stop the opponent'attack, with a high defensive line to cut eccessives distances

Throw in :
Number6 pass the ball to number7 who can throw immediately (it is welcome playmaking and passing in number7) the ball at our strikers.Pay attention at strikers'movement, vertically to the opponents'goal. 7 and 8 as usual shuold be high, ready to do pressing.

Match review
Great work guys!Today i've seen two good managers searching both the positive result:i think victory for makati is a right result however the match was always well balanced.Probably Makati'wide strikers have been more decisive then the Bohol too.Anyway i've to do my congratulations to both manager, two good tactics in this match!

Great result,3 points deserved today.Defense was quite always in the right position and mids did a great work.I think that now you can concentrate on strikers'movements, specially the wides two:they are often too far to score and this is their main task, don't forget .) You can also try to explore new solutions with you mids, maybe it could be better, playing with three strikers,to get experience with two def-mids in front of your defense line and one off-mid

Bohol FC vote 6
First your tactic is good but not so simple for your players:i'm going to explain my words. You move very much your defense line and often central defs aren't in the middle of the field, where opponents strikers go to score, sometimes it can be very dangerous.
Instead when you have the ball imho you suffer wide-strikers position:they are always between opponent'mids and defs.so it's very difficult to create some chances to score cause central striker is too alone agsinst opponent'defs.

Bohol FC
Here an example how to move your offensive-mids.It could be also interesting try to extend mids'movements

Make attention at defensive-line movements:often you move central def too wide and it could be dangerous in many situations.

Makati Red Robins
You have 3 strikers?and then you must attack opponents'goal at least with 2 of them.you will be more dangerous.
Here only one example how to use 3 strikers in a offensive trhow-in

Here another example how to move your strikers.Make attention at your central-mid who was always to high

Thanks Barros for a great game analysis. I'll do some work on my strikers. Im happy with the victory. I must say, I also did some reshuffling of my players. Trying to find the right combination.

Match review

Good work man, today i've seen two nice tactic, with some interesting news in this league.I love to play with 3 def, even if in sokker it's not a so simple way to get points ^^ Liverpool managed to create a numerical superiority in the middle of the field and its strikers was decisives at the end of the match:probalby with a better defensive'disposition Chako could have fight for a different result but we can't know :)

Great result,3 points deserved today.Playing with 3 defenders could be dangerous but it need to have the domination of the midfield.Good choice to play with two defensive-mids but you have to try to be more offensive cause with 5 mid you can create many ways to score.
Don't forget to let try your strikers from defensive'work and to try new movements with your "wingers",probalby a little too statics:i would try to put a little bit higher that central mid,in my opion too low in the field. He could be the connection with you strikers,so finally more free from defensives'work

Chako vote 5
First your tactic is good but with some little inaccuracies:for example defensive'line is quite always too large and opponents'striker have too space to go directly to score.
You have also to study mids'movements, cause when opponent is with the ball on one side of the field you move all 4 mids toward the ball,so you leave great spaces on the other side and mids waste a lot of energies.
2009-12-27 23:53:46
CS Liverpool
Here you can see how you defs are too large in some situations:remember to cover central spaces when opponents'strikers usually stand.I highlighted also your central-mid:could you try ti put him higher,so your strikers will be more free then now

Here another situation where your striker have to come back cause your central mid is too low

Chako
This is one of many situations where you move too wide your 4 mid.Let try to cover more spaces of the field and forget to "make the diagonal" with your players

Here a situation where your wide-defs are too high and opponent'stiker is 1vs2.In the midfield there is too confusion, yours wingers, and sometimes your strikers, are too often in the centre and they waste too energies

Match review

Today there were playing against two top teams in Premier League and the match was very interesting from the tactical point of view.Wiser still dare to play only with 3 defenders, even if covered by three defensive mids.I especially liked midfielders'position and some offensives situations:the greater density of his midfield and a little bit of luck in my opinion are two keys to fisrt defeat of San Rafael.Bulacaneo played a 442 with an interesting winger and during the match his strikers was quite often dangerous:but something was wrong, maybe he could have played with his midfielders a little offensive to cut distances with strikers and make pressing more high in the field but it's a nonsense to speak about this after the match..

Good tactic, but today luck was on the other side of the field ^_^ Just to talk about sokker,i would have played with a mid'disposition more offensive or more compact.Instead with today'dispotion wiser'mids was too free to play the ball and it was also more difficult for yours defs and yours mids throw the ball to your winger.Fine strikers'movements when the ball was in your winger'feets and defensive line almost always careful in its disposition.

Wiser4Media CF vote 7-
Today your courage has been rewarded. There are only few particulars to set but this tactic could exist in this league and also become match after match more competitive then in the past. You have to study throw-in cause quite always your players was too far and you gave the ball in opponents'feets too many times.Instead i liked a lot offensive mids'disposition:it has been decisive and trought it you've created lots of scoring'chances.Make attention also to defender'dispotion, expecially in last two box of your tactic
2010-01-10 18:58:09
Wiser4Media CF
Here we can see offensive disposition of Wiser'tactic:great density, great chanches to be dangerous and more difficulties to his opponents to pass easily the ball

Here there are some little imprecision on def'dispositon:make attention at two last box in your tactic

Real San Rafael C.F.
Your winger was wuite often dangerous but when the ball was on gk'hands it was too difficult through the ball to him:so many balls come out the field. You can try to put your winger in these two position (when the ball is in gk'hands)and then move it to one side of the field, his "natural position".

I like to play with my club with two strikers and one winger. When the ball is in opponent gk'hands,i like to set my offensive disposition in this way:very compact and ready with many players to catch quickly the ball
2010-01-10 19:35:09
but today luck was on the other side of the field

this was the main reason why i lost

second reason the tactical discipline sucks sometimes ( also a big problem for our NT)

third reason decent tactic from wiser4media ;)

maybe he could have played with his midfielders a little offensive to cut distances with strikers and make pressing more high in the field

yes and no ;) suppose to be yes to make more pressure but on the other hand you should use or
create a tactic what fits to your players.
my players for example have low stamina, most of them poor to good so i don`t like that they
run to much.
also and this is really my fault, last week i sold my playmaker. nice player knows to play the ball fast.
right now i miss such kind of player in my midfield, so of course i have to adjust my tactic a little ;)

but it's a nonsense to speak about this after the match..

indeed, but really nice analyses and thx for your work :)
2010-01-10 20:46:58
thanks to you to help this discussion to become really interesting :)

second reason the tactical discipline sucks sometimes

here in my opinion you have focused a great problem with this new engine. For def,it has become fundamental experience but not everyone can play only with experts defenders...so we have to study more different defensives lines and found the better one:i think low defensives'lines will be take some advantage after latest changes.

It will be almost a suicide to play with a def with mid-order,for example :users, like me,which was training Mids will have to find some new solutions :( I'm for example almost forced to play with only one striker in these latest matches
