my two cents worth...
1. Youth championship.
2. Youth school players age visible.
3. Youth school players value extimated and not any more sure from the beginning.
4. Height of players
5. Defenders intelligence
6. Mail notifications
7. Betting and commenting matches
8. Champions League
1. it`s a nice gimmick, but you`ll need time to use it....
2. it`s ok not only lottery in youth school ;)
3. but you need a really good youth school trainer...
4. for me is clearly the most interesting no 4, there will be many new tactical
opportunities.
5. could also be interesting, perhaps,it is worthwhile to play with offensive wings.
6. is very useful for user who do not have plus.
7. nice gimmick what a pity that you can`t bet for money :D

Another important news into the youth school is the visibility of players age. This will permit to establish how old will they be at the end of the staying at the school. That seems to be the most critical factor of the modification. It will be interesting to observe how single managers will interact with it because of the range of possibilities that there are among the ranks even in comparison to the previous point.
Will it be more important to win the youth championship and so keep "older" players at all costs or priviledge the youngest players to get more profit beyond ? As usual just the on-field experience and observations will give us a better opinion about that. Personally I think in this game all depens on the way the things are going in the "moment" you're observing: . A good manager is one that fits the managing style to current situation with an adequate eye to the future.Anyway I know that in this last statement there are a lot of interpretation possible ... we'll see !

To answer to Bula, yes: for sure the lottery factor for the youth school decreases.
A manager will have some more options to operate decisions but I think that basically lucky is still a critical factor in "fishing" new valid youths.
