Subject: Looking for a Pinoy U21 scout

Hello,
As promised here we are for the U21 scout position enrollment.

Why we decided to involve you ?

We think language is both determinant for the diffusion of the passion for the game and the knowledge of its mechanisms.
All the initiatives taken by Barros until now have been taken in that direction but in my opinion is still not enough.
So I thought that is essential to involve a Pilipino player in the U21 NT staff who will be in charge of communicate with your community in both your languages and with us in English.

As far as we have learnt from the this experience until now, you also need to be confident to take the lead of NT sooner or later.

What the position is in charge for ?

Mainly a scout is in charge to maintain updated the U21 NT player db.
That means asking for the updates and mark them on db, but not only.
Scout will also be allowed to make purposes about the use of the players (of course the purposes should be at least minimally reasonable).
New scout will be also permitted to study sokker principles together with us and to try to apply them through interaction and suggestion with the coach but overall becoming, for example, a tutor (to be useful to the whole community) and/or , why not ?, one day the NT coach.
The position implies 6 hours of extimated time per week.


The opened position is just one so, in case of concurrency, it will be needed a sort of easy "contest" among you because only one will have the honour to join us.
Anyway, nothing deny any player to cooperate with scout once the position is defined.

I will give you some more detail about goals and tasks of the position.

I'll let you think and (why not?) discuss about it until the end of next week (saturday), then I'll proceed.
