maybe it's worth continuing his training a bit?
the problem is that I let my trainees play all matches to achieve maximum training and Ken isn't really ready for playing Allsvenskan (#1 league in Sweden) yet.

jag vet vad allsvenskan är, man :)
and yes, he's far from being ready to play in the division.
of course it's worth keeping on training him, if he's talented and you're going to train technique or striker.
imo, it would be better to make it the second option.
