as i say to many msg i have send to many ppl.is better to train only 1 line (keeper-defence-midfield-attack)
but to try to train all of them...is impossible and we destroy all those players,if we do that!
Pilipinas having good talented players,but the most of them will be lost or
they finish their training in a half part..

I will dont say this more time,coz im bored myself to type same things,
im only temporarily here,but you guys you can have a much better NT :)

Yes indeed. The problem is he is already 24 and it is too late for him to become a valuable player for the NT. It´s too late to get in a high level (over 13) neither in pace nor technique.
He would be the ideal player (because a lot of users train pace) if he was 18 or 19 or at least 20 years old.

The important thing for me is to put milestones on training, like 13 (incredible) in pace latest till age of 19 and then training the basic skill. Or at least levell 11...

for me the only solution is this

The 3 or 4 Philippines users talk each other and deside what line they want to train
one of them defence
the second midfields
and the third attackers

and we will see after some months a strong NT far better from this one now!

and these 2 conditions made it possible that he is now on TL:
