I made a new tactique 5-4-1 on Friday but I forgot to set it in that match and set the players.. as I thought I've made it on Friday I was only waiting in Saturday till the match will start and I didn't check it..


However Cuba is pretty strong and I think we didn't have a chance to make much better result.. Next week we are gonna play against Jamaica, it will be easy win for us hope I..

The tactique against Jamaica is done.. I tryied to set starting line-up with the best players and best forms.. We'll see, I think that the tactique looks very interresting but.. risky..

the man of the match was Fuller.. GK of Jamaica.. We had 11 strikes but i think 9 totally goal strikes..

It's an end of the seasson and there are new elections..

First a would like to talk about this seasson..
Senior team is getting better and better, we played only friendlies so I could find out many tactique ways, how to play against strong teams and how play against weak or the same level teams.. I think that results were not so bad, we played many times against much stronger teams and results were almost everytime acceptable.. I think I did one big mistake and that was right selection opponents on the start of seasson, I took too many matches against very strong teams.. We needed improve our rank so it wasn't clever from me..


Today I fired some older players from NT to make place for some new players from U21.. That older players didn't have chance to get into basic squad, they weren't usefull so I brought youngsters who have potencial in future..
Our defence line is now much stronger.. The best player who arrived from U21 is Kenneth Maitim, who doesn't have problem to get into basic squad.. Then I choosed Roger Bogabong and Ch. San Gabriel from defenders.. From midfielders I tookRobert David, James dantes and only one striker Harvey Moreno.. I only hope their skills will go up as quick as possible..



Now should I talk about candidation.. Well, I'm candidating again. In the next seasson I would like focus on results. In the forum I would like to talk more about the match before and after.. Scouting is working pretty good, shame is that there are few players in the clubs, whose managers aren't active or they read sk mail but don't answer and in database don't actualise too.. :(
Now I'm more experienced and I think that there is still something in me I could show..

I think that most of these people are only lazy and they don't want to waste time to put player in database so I'm sending them mail with petition (solicition) that that's very important and takes only few seconds to copy skills in the sk mail and send it to me..
Pospi does the normal scouting, when somebody don't reply or don't actualize player longer time in DB, then I'm sending sk mail as a coach of NT..

Pretty hard group.. Even Cymru has less users, they are in sokker longer time so their players are full trained as you can see the skills of player on TL.. Crna Gora is stronger too, so we will have to play every match defensive style. I want to train the tactique with winger in my club to make it the best in NT.. I will train only play with winger in my club, I think defence I can set good and strikers no problem even If we would play with one striker..

Rest of the NT's we haven't chance to beat or draw, It is not possible even for Torque.. We will only hope to get as small number goeals as possible, but maybe we'll surprise with draw.. who knows..

bad result, we again didn't score many 100% chances.. :(

abou 3+1, i don't think it's too much against this country, yes, now it seems it would be better to play 2 strikers + 1 winger, but I wanted to be more offensive and score more goals to see an attractive football.. Anyway I used some players from wider squad (6 players) so we didn't play with the best.. It was only friendly so why not to try players with different skills..

I know, maybe because of this match I'll lose some voices, but I wanted to see nice game when it's maybe end of my NT carrer.. In WCQ we have pretty hard group and we can't play offensive tactique, that's too why I wanted to set tactique like that..


In my opinion I managed all other matches as well as it was possible.. Now it depends only on you :)

abou 3+1, i don't think it's too much against this country

well iran is same level like us, imo we should try to win some ranking points against this teams.

against lower teams i would agree if you try really offensive tactics
