I'am an italy man with good experience in sokker.I play in Italy serieB (second level) from many seasons.
I'm training midfielders from 5 years and i was in NT italian staff for 10 season and in England staff for 1 season.
I Trained Belarus U21 for last 2 seasons.I played with many young players from 18 to 20 years and I builded a good database for future of their NT senior.

I want create a good database for the future of Philipinas, and i want minimum 3 our users users in my staff to organize a great job.

I want create a big interest to Nt for all users of your Nation.

I want use player that are trained in good way, age not is important, series not is important.
Together we can make a good job.All users, if they want, will make an important part in my project.

In NT team important is organize a good job and I need some scouts in Pilipinas.

I'm a very active manager, i love to talk on sokker in every forum.
Tactics is important, but my first interest is create a database very good and comunity that follow all activities of NT team.

what's the use of 100 units if only 15-20 users were active?
any plans to encourage new user to stay active and build their team and produce future NT players?

1)I would use the same DB, but I would create parameters more low, to have a big number of players to follow beetwen 22 and 25 years old.
In my opinion is important to follow players that can increase his skills and follow their owners in training.Discussions on training help all users not only the owner, and community improves its knowledges.

2)Important is create a tatctics that adapt to players skills.With my staff will be a careful study on weekly opponents, to think at right movements on grown.
I usually not use never 2 times the same tactic.

3)More users there are and more players can come in Youth Team. I think to create an advertising video that promotes Sokker and the job of Pilipinas community.Video will be posted on You-tube.
It's already made in other country with enough good results.

I consider the game a moment of leisure, but if I spend my free time I want to see some positive results, if possible.
the Italian community is very passionate about the game and experience of older players has encouraged the growth of new generations.
will be so in your country, thanks to the work done by Barros and his staff.
I prefer to have more than 10 users follow the forum and share this project, that won 2 games 5-0!
If each active user makes to register in Sokker a friend, a colleague of his work, his school friend, we can have a feedback shortly.

Have you ever seen our DB? It's full of young or older players with low skills. In players who are 22 and more, it's not possible to train much better to get into NT when they has too many low skills.. Players with normal skills are of course in DB..

2) Some tacticts I consulted with Barros, some with Pospi and some with friend who played long time sokker but now he retired from sokker.. Only once or twice I've set the same tactic in two matches, usualy I dont do this too but it was necessarily.. Anyway in qualification matches every coach of NT can't play matches with the same tactique, it's cleary..

3) Interresting, but this could did you till now, if you had interrest in helping to Pilipinas.. Why have you decided to help just rightly to Pilipinas, there are many countries which needs help..

I know that you made a good job with NT.
I decide to patecipate at Pilipinas NT elections beccause I have some friends in U21 staff and NT Pilipinas is followed with interest in Italy, NT has a forum named "NT Filippine", and many users buy young of this country to help staff in its project.

I have an experience of 2 seasons in Belarus, i helped from 2 Belarus users, but NT team is not very followed.Now I decide to try in this nation and I can say that in 3 days I received more messages than in 6 months in Belarus.

I think that future will be funny, I are sure to increase interest in Pilipinas.

I want a Pilipinas staff for this adventure.
