Hi all!

I'd like to announce my candidature for managing the U21 NT in the forthcoming season.

I'm 23ys old and I'm italian. My team is called Atletico Cscs and I'm in love with Sokker since 2009.
Since I play Sokker I had to face with good opponents having squads better than me so I had to reduce the gap with tactic: experiment new moves, new positions.. new tactics. In this season I won my league and I also win the play-offs against a team a little bit stronger than mine. I played fairly well with a new aggressive tactic and we scored 5 goals and we underwent 2.

I am currently a staff member of Philipinas U21 and I have the possibility to work with Barros, one of the best Coaches of the whole Italy, and my idea is to continue his work for improving Pilipinas!

I will do my best to win as many matches as I can. I could help all teams to improve their growth and to be a good tutor for younger teams. It will be very important to discuss the tactical variations for every qualification-match, so I'll build up a professional staff to study the new game-engine and change our tactics step by step. I am already working for having two scout, a tactician whereby talk about the opponents and a vice-CT (probably pepo70, if he wants to stay with us). I hope that someone of your community will help us.

I don't have a preferred tactic, but I enjoy playing with a 4-3-2-1 that is a sort of 4-4-2, but I also tried the 4-5-1, the 4-3-3 and the 5-3-2 (when i was promoted to my current league, i also used the 5-4-1 against the strongest team).
In principle, I will firstly see the players, then I'll choose the tactic friday by friday.

Being the scout, I already know that we are going to lose some of our best players, but I'm quite sure that we already have some hot prospect that will replace them. For example, Villaroman won't be eligible for U21 matches, but we already have Quisbimg and Cruz that will help us.
We will lose some strong midfielders, like Abulog and Patajo, but we have some guys ready to replace them in the short term, and some prospects for the mid term.
Defense and attack are ok.

I will continue Barros' work, asking to Italian and Pilipinas manager to grow new players and highlighting every time interesting players on the market. In this way I'll try to be every time focused on what is going on (and will be), trying to assure the right training to every youngster.

We will continue sending welcome sk-mail to new users, in order to let them know about our project and about the existance of the (little) Pilipinas community.

About tactis, I prefer to play with a 4-3-1-2 where the one is a wing or an attacking midfielder, but tactic will be set time by time looking at the opponent. I also played with 5-3-2 (it's not that bad, but I will use it only if certain of inferiority, trying to focus on counterattack) and with 3-4-3, but it will all depends on the opponents and on the form of our players.

I am actually experiencing a new tactic, with an higher pressing, in order to play all the time on opponent's half. I won the qualification match using that tactic =D

I want to add something to my previous post: I said that my favourite tactic is with a wing or an attacking midfielder, but i know that we don't actually have a kind of player that will give us an advantage, so I will prefer to play with 3 strikers or with one more midfielder, set on the central line.

One more thing: as I told to bulacaneo on sk-mail, I am thinking about some sort of tutorship program, but this is something that can be organized only after the election and after the approval of the community, because i'll need the help of all of active users with some experience.

My staff will consist of Lollopo il Listaio and Paet. They're both italian and they will be scouts.

Being a scout, I exactly know what has to be done in order to help new users and the ones that train our young players, so they will surely be able to help my in my job, giving me the possibility to focus only on tactics and training programs (I have just finished to analyze next year program for all youths on the DB).

I am looking for an user that will send the Welcome sk-mails. Any local user want to help us? I will be grateful to him =D

Ok guys, we have the qualification group.

We will start vs Sverige, then Al Maghrib. After a friendly match, we will have a tour de force, vs Portugal and Brazil, then South Africa.

We will have good chances to close the group at the 4th position, but if we will overperforme, we may also try to reach 3rd posisition (really difficult, but you never know!).

Today I've worked at friendlies, trying to arrange matches with some opponents at our level, some a little bit stronger and some weaker.
