waaah....what happen?

Big defeat today. We weren't able to impose our game, so they destroy us. Our defense wasn't able to stop their strikers. I made some mistake with the defensive line (they were too distant among them when the ball was in their hand), but I'm largely disappointed by our midfielders: they were completely useless.

Anyway, we don't have to forgive that they're more than 20 positions higher than us (please do not be fooled by the averages)...

A good victory, but Al Maghrib scored at their first attempt, while we had to try and try again before scoring with Vicente.

Anyway, we have sufferred too much. Cagas is useless with that low tech and form :(

Yesterday a loss vs Sweden: they are stronger than us and I decided to try to surprise them by playing with three strikers. Unfortunately Cagas is still not good enough with just ten in tech, but he played surely better than the previous match :)

Santa Maria missed many chances, but he probably was already thinking at his first cap with the senior team ;)

Our defenders are amazing: I'll miss them so much :(

During the night we played vs Nicaragua: a draw conditioned by a sent off during the first half. We played fairly well until that situation; after the red card for Grossman, we suffered too much and we didn't have so many possibilities to score. We have to thank Quisumbing for his saves!

Our future strikers wont' be as strong as Vicente and Santa Maria are :(

Next friday we will play vs Kypros: they'll stronger than us but I'll try to do my best in order to play a good match :)

Here we are, once again. My first season as CT was quite good, but we have still so much to do. First and foremost, we have to analyze the season that is about to come to an end: we played fairly well in some matches, whereas quite bad in others. Our best result was the draw vs Portugal: I studied all the previous matches and decided to play in a certain way and I got it! I was so happy for the result that I've written to all managers that I know :p Our worst result was the draw vs South Africa: I tried ad different approach, with a very high defensive line (I tried to use it several times in friendly matches, but I realized that it's useless with U21 players) and they scored two goal shooting two times :(
Then I really appreciate the first match vs Sverige: I tought we weren't ready for such an important match, but we played fairly well. The last qualifying match was once again vs Sverige: I tried to play with three strikers, counting on the surprise effect, but our strikers weren't in good shape.
Nothing to say vs Brasil and Al Maghrib.

In my opinion results are not the most important thing: as I said in my first speech, it is fundamental to continue working for NT improvement. I'm really happy that some of this U21 team will already be able to play for the NT trained by Torquemada. We have worked very well during the season and I'm really confident that some very good player will be given to the NT in the next two season, according to my staff.

I will continue working with Lollopo il Listaio, jozif aka paet and ragio: they are really helpful and they devote themselves to this cause.

Big loss today, but our youngsters are not that bad. We have really big problem in the midfielding line, while our strikers are not that bad, but not at the same level of Santa Maria and Vicente.

Hope to see some improvement in the following matches...

and your tactic can be improved is well especially defending but im not teeling you more because you are in the elactions...
