Last week we won vs Island after a very tough match! Villaecjia is very important for us right now :)

Even today he showed us his real qualities: two goals for our victory! I suggest you to take a look at the match: we played with only three defenders ;)

Yesterday we got a draw vs Luxembourg: I tried a different tactic, with two difensive midfielders and two offensive mids. Unfortunately we didn't get our third victory in a row, but it's ok. I'll give much more space to youngsters next match, so update your stars! ;)

What an interesting match today! We played vs Al Maghrib, an opponent almost equal to us.
I decided to set two different tactics: the first one had to try to restrain opponent's attack, while the seoncd one had to try to press everywhere on the pitch. I also changed both strikers and it worked properly! I'm pretty happy for the result, 'cause we were losing 3-1 and we got a great comeback!

First appearance for Naguit and first goal! First goal also for Chua, that will be placed on TL very soon!

Very tough match vs Azerbaijan (44th in ranking): we weren't able to score because of their low defensive line. I decided to set in the squad Caceres and to confirm Naguit: they're both 18 years old, but I do believe in the importance of extra training and experience.

Nice victory vs Kenya today. Our opponent usually plays with the same tactic, so we decided to play with three strikers, trying to take advantage of a too large defensive line...

We hit the bar three times and that's one of the reasons why we weren't able to score, but I'm quite happy because Naguit seems to be a real asset for us and he has everything to become a top player for Pilipinas in the upcoming future.

Last week we got a draw. Today my staff made the tactic and we lost vs Malaysia in a very tough game: the game tied up to 70', when they scored twice. We shorten the gap and eventually we got the chance to tie the final results, but unfortunately we missed it.

Panama's CT has changed his mind yesterday, so we had to play vs Norge, obviously stronger than us. We lost 5-0, but two goals came at the end of the match. Please don't forget to train stamina at the end of the season!

Nice win vs Albany: it wasn't a great match, because of too many off-sides, but we had some interesting moves. This season was really interesting, thanks to new players that came out from your youth schools: Naguit, Caceres and some more that are not ready yet for the team.

There may be some changes in the NT situations, but I'm still thinking about it...

Guys, I've taken my decision: I'll leave Pilipinas U21 for Pilipinas NT in order to keep training that marvellous players that have been part of my work in the past seasons! It would be great for me to have another chance to work with Santa Maria, Cagas, Vicente, Grossman, Noble, Chuchu, Isip, Villaroman, and so on. I hope you will give me the opportunity to make my dream come true.

Conisdering the huge amount of time spent in order to give a future to U21 Pilipinas, I've asked divozzi, a pretty good italian user, to continue my work with your youngsters. Please vote for him if you thin that Pilipinas deserves a bright future.

I hope we will go on with our co-operation.
