i decided to go for the job this season, hoping for your support.

i think no speeches are needed here.
i promised that i will be there as long as my account exists and i keep it.
even though i'm not extremely active, i read the forum really often.

:) I'm still watching the situation here.. Italian takes care good, but Barros was the best..

Now I can see, U21 don't have many good results as it was before.. And senior NT, I still don't understand replacing me for Ste123456.. I think, his results are very close to my and he is working with a lot of better players so he could do more.. That's my opinion why he should be replaced.

I think, senior NT of Pilipinas could have more better results with you, you're more experienced..

First of all, my nickname is Ste9489, It is not a complicated nick. I find your response is very offensive and You want to ridicule my work and the work of Donni.
I use the best players because this is the only way to survive in a National Team.
I lost against Belarus (+10 average vote) Indonesia (+7 media vote) U.S. (+15 average vote) Lithuania (+9 media vote) Hungary (+6 average vote);
The other games were hard-fought, not to mention that the engine has changed and it is not easy for anyone.
We almost always performed well.

Experience? Why I did not I would have less?
I was a scout with Torquemada for 2 seasons.
Currently I am the scout MID Italian national team (for the second season)
I am also a scout ATT Canada U21 national team (for the second season).

People need changes sometimes, so maybe that's why you were replaced.
There's no need to write who did what, and who gained better results - let it be judged by the electors :)

Maybe you should try to rerun next season.
Who knows what will happen.

Hi Bone. Your posts are quite interesting, but I'd love to talk with you maybe in sk-mail: if you have some hints, you're welcome!

When I became U21 NT for the first time, Barros left me a really strong team: we got many good results, such as an important draw vs Portugal and other good results. The following season (my second one), we lost many positions in the ranking, due to an incredible penury of discrete players: we weren't even able to beat Prateth Thai!
This season, however, we had a pretty good come back: all the 19s and 20s (and also couple of 21s) started to grow in a pretty good way, thanks to our efforts to guide their trainings in the best proper way.

Honestly, as I always say, results are not the most important thing: growth surely it is, because it will give a brighest future for all Pilipinas country.
