As my topic is still open, there's no need to start a new one.
Some of you may still remember my nickname. For those who have absolutely no idea who am I - I was the very first coach of your U21 NT. As you can all see, I decided to run for the senior NT coach this time. Even though I haven't been active, I've been following the forum and all the threads.
The reason why I am here right now is very simple. The amount of time that I have can be usefully spent by helping your NT to grow in strenght. It is just myself offering you help, which you can surely get. I am also sure that we can learn a lot from from each other, for we all have different experiences and points of view.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask and you may be certain to get a response.

After I had left your NT I didn't participate in any other elections, so to answer your question - I don't have any international experience besides Pilipinas U21.
When it comes to decide on what tactics should be used, everything depends on the players that I have. I'm always looking for weak and strong sides of my team and, of course, of my opponent. As you can see, everything is about adjusting and using in the best way the skills of the players.
I usually use 532 but it is just because I'm focusing on training defenders. All in all, I'm a pretty flexible man when it comes to choose and make new tactics.

1. There are many of achivements that I may be proud of. To choose some of them, firstly, I would say finishing on the third place in the 2nd polish division was a pretty huge success for me, when I didn't really have any superstars in my team but chose tactics wisely and spent lots of time to make everything work perfect. Another one would be making it into the quaterfinals of the polish cup.
2. Each user is different in his or her approach. I'm dedicated to what I do here, every decision needs to be analysed deeply before it is made. I'm always aware of the job I'm attending to do, ready to take critisism and responsibility for my actions. Furthermore, I'm an open-minded person, always listening and considering opinions of other users.
3. Go forward, never back down and become better and better. I never promise miracles, I just can promise to do my best in each and every situation.
4. The first thing to do here is to get to know the players and future training plans for them. To achieve this goal I will surely need strong scouting system filled with experienced people who could give any further pieces of advice to the users how to train their players. After completing my team there will be time to work on the best tactics adjusted to use players in the best possible way and find their positions on the field.
I hope my answers are clear and show that dedication and hard work are my priorities.

What are the top 3 tactics that you use?
I mostly use 5 defenders, if the opponent's offensive line is not as strong, I'm keen on setting 4-defender line. Usually I prefer 2 strikers + 1 winger but where there's a need to make more crowd in the midfield line, I can also back one striker and start the game with only one. Due to the game engine, I never use offensive midfielders in the game, because it is impossible to set the instructions as 'off-mid' for them, just 'mid' or 'att'. When chosing 'mid' there very little chance to make him to score, even when he will be in the one on one situation with the goalkeeper, he will more likely look for another player to pass the ball to. The same mistake with 'att' instruction - he will often try to dribble past the opponents which will lead to losing the ball to the defenders.

Basing on their skills, of course, and form. In friendly games there will be time for younger and talented players to gain more training. Of course, I know that it may cost the NT rank points but, believe me, it is really worth and important for the youngster's talent to squeeze out everything that they can from playing the highest possible number of games, even when it is connected with losing a game. You may call it development.

Of course I will have staff. Everything I need is a preety wide scouting system, dedicated to the work that I will give. I haven't decided yet who that might be. I would really love it if some of the candidates or ex-coaches agreed to work with me, considering you. You all will be my assistants, we will discuss the tactics and game preparations in the NT forum, because I will most definitely need your help and pieces of advice.
