Well, I'm really disappointed that we didn't win the game. The tactics worked out as fine as I expected, a lot of scoring opportunities but not even one of them ended with a goal. Very good defending and accurate passes made it easier to keep calm. Only the strikers looked like they we're blocked and didn't want to score.
The future is ours. Today I sent younger players on the pitch and they did very well. I'm really glad because now the NT can only get better. It's good too know that there will a replacement for the players that will surely retire in the nearest future. Most of the ones that were involved in the game today is aged between 25-27 years old, so there will be a team for at least 5-6 seasons.
As for the match, I expected a little more from Kenya, at least looking on their marks. They have solid both the defence and the attacking line but the major problem seems to be in the middle. Of course, it went well for us and made it available to create a lot of scoring opportunities :)

Nice win today :) I agree with you that we have a lot of good players in that age range. Most of them were actually playing for the U21 when I was coach. What I'm more afraid of are the next batches, which I think coincides with the inactivity of the great clubs of the country :(
Dear friends,
I decided not to run for the job this season. It was a really great journey, even though it lasted not very long. I may return some day to take part in the elections but as for now I must let go due to private issues. Thank you for the support and patience. I've tried to do as much as I could to both develop the NT and to achieve many good scores but there were times when it couldn't be done, so I had to make a choice.
I wish you all the best - for the NT as well as for your clubs and lives outside sokker :)

Thank you for coaching the national team :) Good luck with all the things you need to do, both in sokker and real life :D
Dear Pinoys,
As my time with the NT comes to an end, I would like to say a few words regarding my work here and the NT itself.
A short summary of the games: 10 wins, 2 draws, 4 losses. Actually, I think it is not such a bad score. Of course, I'm aware of the fact that we faced weaker teams at most but as you know, I pretty often experimented with the squad. There were matches that we should have won even with younger players in the squad, like the ones against Nigeria or Saudi Arabia. I also hope that you still remember the most convincing victories - first one against Honduras (9:1) and the very lastest, today's match against Singapore (4:1). In several last games I decided to sent younger players to the pitch and it came out not so bad. Especially the midfielders, Aguilar and San Miguel, look like they are ready to replace the retiring stars such as Abulog and Noble. I can also see some potential in the attacking formation. Pamintuan and Tukodlangit are definitely the best ones from the next generation of players. The situation looks a little worse with the defenders but not hopeless. There are 3 or 4 players that may be ready to pop in the first squad soon but they are definitely not as skilled as the older ones.
It was a well spent time here with you, I'm insanely glad that you gave me the opportunity to work with the NT and with you. I'm not saying goodbye because I will always be around as I always have been. Don't hesitate to ask me anything here or to contact me via mail - doesn't matter if you have any problems regarding sokker or you just want to talk. I will surely return as a candidate, maybe it will happen sooner than later. Thank you all for the support and for putting your trust in me.
Good luck to the new coach! :)
Best regards,
Vampyr

Hello,
I decided to participate in the elections for the Pilipinas NT coach job this season. Most of you may know me since I've been here from the very beginning.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask my anything :)

Hello!
Well, knowing the ability of the NT to expand its potential, I decided that I still want to be a part of the process of growing your team into one that will be able to compete with the strongest nations here.
Last time I took part in the elections, I wasn't aware that I may be a little short on time at the of the season and due to some personal issues I had to give some of the 'pleasures' up. Now, I'm free and able to commit lots of time to work with the NT.

Hello,
Thank you for putting yout trust in me once again. My work with NT started a few days ago - I already updated some of the players in the database and send the info to the managers to keep their players updated regularly. In 2 or 3 days I will have around 20 players selected to be inportant figures for the upcoming season.
Cooperation is essential, so if there are any questions or things that need attention, feel free to talk about them.

Hello,
I decided to rerun for the NT coach job. This season didn't go as well as it started and I expected it to be. There were games which should have been won or at least played better. I'm working on tactics and trying different ones which may be perfect for the players that I'm using or planning to use in the future.
Why do I want to stay here another season? I would like to witness the development of the players and be an active part of it. Also, the upcoming season is going to be essential when it comes to make a selection of players. Some of them who were recently placed in the first squad are aging and their skills start to decreasing, so this is the time to start looking for a replacement. The main problem is the defence - we lack young defenders with good side skills. Of course, the defending and pace level are mostly high, although low passing, technique and playmaking make them useless. This is where I would like to start - I want to provide these players the training they really need.
I'm hoping that we can continue our adventure together. A huge thanks to all who vote for me. It means trust what is my priority.
Regards,
Matt

Hallo,
I am managing the U21 of Pilipinas (and I am also interested in managing the NT, but not now, perhaps in 2-3 seasons).
I use to make some questions to the candidates in the elections. The questions are allways common to all candidates. Feel free to express your thoughts - I just want to learn some more things about you; I suppose we will communicate more frequently the next 16 weeks... :)
So, question number 1:
What are your biggest achievements in sokker? (Please be clear and precise)
Question number 2:
Which are your strengths in the game? Why should somebody vote for you?
Question number 3:
Which do you think are the strengths of the other candidate?
Question number 4:
Will you participate in the [NT] Mini World Cup ?
Question number 5:
Some players do not have the expected progress after leaving the U21. Perhaps they don´t get individual training anymore. Will you do something about it?
Question number 6:
What are you training with your own team and would you train one or more players from Pilipinas in your team?
Final question number 7:
Did you had fun by answering this questions? Please rate your fun-factor by a number between 1 (nightmare) and 10 (feeling funny and excited, like a child feels while it is feeding ducks!)
Thanks a lot,
Tsolias, aka Kostas (feeling funny and excited, like a child feels while it is feeding ducks!)
