HI guys! Here I ame once again, but this time for another role.
After four seasons I thought it was time to change, in order to have renewed motivations. The main point of my candidature to the senior NT is the fantastic possibility to work again with those palyers that the U21 team contributed to grow up. I am totally fascinated by this opportunity and I'll try to do anything in order to make it real and concrete.
We will work on the growth of the players, as usual, trying to complete the ones that are up to 26 ys old. In the meanwhile, I'll work with the new U21 CT in order to help him growing in the best possible way players like San Miguel, Caceres, Naguit, and so on.

Just couple of informations about me: I'm 24 years old and I graduated in my Master of Sciense last month. I started working since the beginning of December in a multinational audit firm and my personal hobbies are sports and reading.

Here in Sokker I've achieved some interesting results, such as a Serie C two season ago and many matches, with some great results, as U21 Pilipinas CT (you don't say?!)

I don't have a preferred tactic, but I usually change it according to my opponent. I enjoy playing with a 4-3-2-1 that is a sort of 4-4-2, but I also tried the 4-5-1, the 4-3-3 and the 5-3-2 (when i was promoted to my current league, i also used the 5-4-1 against the strongest team).

My staff will be almost the same one of the last season, with Lollopo il Listaio, Jozif aka paet, ragio and guitar_hero (he's not confirmed yet).

A loss vs Senegal: we have a very big problem with our U21 defenders: apart from Sy, the others are at most excellent in defending. Nonetheless we have very promising strikers, so Pilipinas' future is brighter than just few season ago...

The problem has been the change age :/
I know the players and I know you're doing a great job :)

Unfortunately our new defenders are not as good as the previous ones. It will be a very complicated season for the new CT!

Well guys, I want to apologize, because my work wasn't good enough in the past four season. I can't find another reason for my defeat in this election.
