Tonight was the last chance for our 21 year old players to play for the U21 team :D It was a very exciting match against the U20 team of Magyarorszag. I would like to thank the players and the coaches who trained them for helping the team achieve its goals. I hope that they may make it to the senior team :)

Today, we played against a team of the same rank. The match ended in a draw but I think that it is a pretty decent result since their team is stronger, based on the average value and on the average mark. Tactically, we are the more offensive team and we dominated most of the match but their defense is just too strong for our forwards.

Next week: Nicaragua U21

That would be my last match as Pilipinas U21 coach and I hope to get a win :)

Good win against Nicaragua U21. Although there is a huge difference among the skills of the current players, they still worked well together to get a good result.

I tried my best in looking for possible U21 players and in keeping in track with their progress.

There are also new coaches in the country (kp22, none, kiersten and sarikana) but their teams are still developing but I am pretty sure that in the future they will also train Filipino players :D In fact, one of the U21 defenders is on kiersten's team :)

Another good sign is that in the current 25 U21 players, 16 of them are playing here in Pilipinas :D
