up. this [u20+3] tournament will play this season on week 10 until 14.

I think that may be a good experience for u21 Pilipinas.

well, in this tournament, you only can play 3 u21 player on the pitch during the match. and maximum 6 u21 player can play with the substitution (3 u21 replace by 3 u21 = still 3 u21 on the pitch).
