Subject: [NT] acelio_1216

I decided to run for this season for the NT :) Some of you may know me because I became an U21 coach for Pilipinas a few seasons ago. We were able to finish 3rd in our world cup qualifiers group. This time I want to try to become the coach of the senior team.

My goals for this season are simple.
1. Use tactics that depend on the opponent's style of play.
2. Try to get the highest possible wins and even try to qualify for the world cup.
3. To look for possible NT players, especially since most of our best players are almost 30 or 30+

I've already constructed an initial list of players for this season and I believe that it's risky because I am planning to add a lot of young (U25) players and let go of some of the oldest players. Although this might result to having a lower skilled team, I think we need it for the future matches.

As for the schedule, I'll fix it once the season starts (if I win the elections).

Our first match in the world cup qualifiers is O'zbekiston. We must not underestimate them even with the current national team rankings because they had some good matches against stronger opponents :) We will try out best to get a good result :D

Not really the result that I was hoping for but a win is a win. Any comments or suggestions?

Didn`t watch the game, but result is ok. I'm just only worry over the age of our players.

I'm trying to balance age and skill but it's difficult because we're going against stronger opponents. I don't want to sacrifice the ranking. I'll make the younger players play in the friendlies though :)

I noticed a big difference in the efficiency of strikers in high form and strikers in low form. ;-)
