I am sorry for that terrible match :( I'll try my best to make better tactics.

Even with the rank difference, I think that a draw is a good result, considering that there is an 8 point difference in average rating :D I rested most of our veteran players and played with our younger team members (I have played with most of them when I was U21 coach). These players show great promise for the future of the NT and it seems that they can play against other national teams :)

Not the result I wanted but I think it's fair enough to say that a defeat was expected. To be honest, I'm still not used to playing with stronger players so its pretty difficult to replicate our success in the U21 back then where the usual average rating is near my club's usual rating. Another problem is the form of most of our best players, but in a way, it might be a blessing in disguise because it gives opportunities to our younger players to have some international experience :D

Playing against a team with 15% more average mark and keeping 0-0 till min. 80´ is a very good try.

Sorry for that loss :( I can't seem to find the best positioning for our defenders. But I guess that a loss was expected anyways and we are still going for 4th place. We need to win our next match against Malta.

Excellent game from our team :D Although we were having a lot of chances early on in the match, they unfortunately scored a goal because of the misalignment of our defenders. But otherwise, our midfield did an excellent job, especially our central midfielders, getting the ball with the help of our defenders and either passing it to our wingers or making excellent through balls to create chances for our lone striker :D Our goal of finishing at least 4th place is getting nearer :)

Sorry for the loss :( I think that we had a pretty decent game, excluding the latter part. Although the average ratings are somewhat close, the second red card was just too much and made our team concede 2 more goals. Our goalkeeper Maggay did his best and made a lot of brilliant saves. Because of my mistakes in the tactics and match orders, maybe it cost us the game.

On a positive note, this game was a b-team vs b-team. There are some statistics that may be favorable for us.

The average value of the players were about P 9 081 800 for Hong Kong while it is P 8 157 100 for Pilipinas. Excluding the goalkeepers, the average value for Hong Kong is P 8 370 000 while it is P 7 046 200 for Pilipinas. The average age of the players for Hong Kong was 30 while it is 24 for Pilipinas (we played with an U27 team).

This may be a good sign for the future of the NT but there are still a lot of improvements to make. Our NT is getting older and the need to let younger players play is important for the future.

Next match: WCQ vs Malta

Another great game for our team, especially our midfielders :D Malta changed their tactics into a more defensive 532 from a 442 which worked well against our wingers. But this time, it was our center midfielders who worked better and gave us the goals through Vicente :) There are no real stand outs in the game because all our players did their best and worked together, which is what I want :D Hopefully we will continue this and get a good result :)

Next match: WCQ vs Uruguay

We took a risk by playing more offensively and this time we won :) We still have a lot to fix in the tactics though because this tactic isn't really effective against stronger teams. Currently we are 3rd in the group and because of our win and the draw between O'zbekiston and Colombia this round, we have a small chance of actually reaching the world cup finals stage but that would mean we would have to win all our remaining matches (which are against the top 2 teams of the group and a strong O'zbekiston side) and that Colombia loses another match. Comments and suggestions are very much appreciated :D
