This will be a guide for developing faster your players.
Following weeks I will add or edit some more tips for your sokker experience.
If you have an idea you are welcome to post it here.
________________________________________________________
Tip 1 - Asking questions and developing
If you want to make some improvements with your team, feel free to ask. There are a lot of users who have make all possible errors. If you ask, you can avoid making the same errors.
Tip: Post your questions on the forum. Feel free to ask even the simpliest things.
Tip 2 - Players training in % (or TM / TM=trained minutes)
There is a big discussion abou training. My point of view is:
If a player plays only:
Official match about 90% (TM)
Friendly about 75% (TM)
NT about 50% (or 30%) (TM)
If he plays more than one match:
Official match 90´min + NT 10´min = 95-100% (TM)
Friendly match 90´min + NT 25´min= 95-100% (TM)
Official match 15´min and Friendly 90´min = 95-100% (TM)
Official match 45´min and Friendly 45´min = 75/2 + 90/2 = 37,5 + 45 = 82,5% (TM)
Tip: If your player plays on Friday/Saturday with U21/NT, let him play complete game with the same advice (DEF, PLM or STR). This will give him 95-100% of training.
Tip 3 - Team development
Follow the developement of your players, so you can know who develops faster. Until the age of 25 there are more often skill popups.
There are various tools to follow the improvement of your team, like Sokker Viewer and Sokker Organizer.
Tip: Install both and use them every Thursday after the skills-popup-time.
Tip 4 - Trainers - Best Headcoach
Some players get every week individual training and ALL PLAYERS get general training.
The quality of individual training responsibility lies mostly with the main coach in his skillvalue of the trained skill. So, if you train technique and his technique value is 16, your players benefit most.
The quality of general training responsibility lies mostly with the main coach in every separate skillvalue of him. So if you train technique and his goalkeepervalue is less than 5, then you might see no popup in goalkeeping and with time your goalkeepers will probably be unhappy and out of form.
If he has in every skill a value of 16 or 15, then you will notice more often lucky popups!
Tip: Take a look at your finances, and get the best possible headcoach (remember you have to pay 15 times his salary per season).
Tip 5 - Rules
If you have now some sokker-experience, then you will understand now the Rules better than in your first contact.
Tip: Read again the Rules of the game.
Tip 6 - Sharing
If I share my experience, you can give me feedback and new ideas. (This is
my Win).
If I share my experience, you get usefull information and new ideas. (This is
your Win).
Tip: Share your experience in this Forum. This is a Win-Win-Situation!
Tip 7 - Coach Recruitment
If you want to buy a magical (15) coach from Coach contract market (by transfer), then, perhaps you have to pay a lot of money. My experience tells me that it is 8 times cheaper to recruit one than searching.
Tip: If you want to recruit a magical (15) coach, then set 5 skills at magical (15) and three skills at brillant (14). You will get more chances to get a magical coach in the first three attempts.
Tip 8 - Plan your future
Players get more popups until the age of 25.
Players get more popups if they play a league match.
Players get more popups if you have good coaching staff.
Players get more popups if they have good talent.
Players get more popups if they play for NT/U21.
For the first 3 criteria, it is your responsibility.
The 4th is hidden.
For the last one, you can make something. They will get extra training by NT/U21 matches, if you inform the coach of the NT/U21 about their skills. You can inform them by skMail or by oSokker-NTDB-button (for this, read next tip, Tip 9).
Tip: Let the staff of NT/U21 know the skills of your best players.
Tip 9 - Get more information by a single istallation.
If you install oSokker, you will get more usefull information in the homepage of sokker.
You will have better Player Sorting, Economical Summary, Match Details, Formation Display and much more and all configurable!
For the download go here in the first post (because there are 2 versions of oSokker, depending of the layout you use).
Tip: Install oSokker and update your NT/U21 candidates every Thursday after popup-time by just 2 clicks!
Tip 10 - Have fun!
That´s all.

Tip 11 - Player position and extra training
If your player plays on Friday as MID and on Sunday as ATT, he will not get extra training.
If your player plays on Friday with NT as MID, let him play 90´min on Sunday as MID and minimum 20´minutes on Wednesday friendly, also as MID. So he will get 150% of training (more about it Tip 2).
Tip: Take care on what position your player was assigned in U21 / NT game and let him play on same position.
Tip 12 - Most important skills (part 1 of 2, Stamina/condition)
Stamina: During the match, the players get tired. When this occurs they lose some of their skills. (Only playmaking remains unchanged throughout the match).
Tip: Take advance of the free weeks and train at least on weeks 15 and 00 stamina.
Tip 13 - Most important skills (part 2 of 2, Technique)
Technique: The most often mentioned skil on the rules-page. A player with higher technique skill is better at dribbling and passing (according to the rules) and tackling, shooting and avoiding red cards (according to reports and observations).
Tip: Prefer to buy players with high skill technique or train your best players at technique.
Tip 14 - Talent and money
Talent is a hidden skill. High talented players develop faster. Train the same skill for 8 weeks or more and see how many weeks each trained player needs to popup.
Take care of two parameters:
1. Age: Young players develop faster.
2. Skill-level: Each next skill-level needs +7.5% training time more. This meens that if a player has skill tragic (o) and makes a popup after 2 weeks, next popup will happen after 2*107,5 weeks etc. So, to develop from skill very good (9) to next popup, he will need about 4 weeks (2*192%, because 107,5*107,5*107,5*107,5*107,5*107,5*107,5*107,5=192%)
Tip: If you need money, keep, let play and train your most talented young players for at least 4 seasons.

Tip: If you need money, keep, let play and train your most talented young players for at least 4 seasons.
Tip 15 - Use addons and extra programms
They make your sokker-experience better.
Visit the following forum topics about:
oSokker, SkUnk, Sokker Organizerr and SokkerViewer
I use all of them and I feel lucky that somebody made them, so I can use them.
Tip: Use them for at least 14 days and after that, decide if they make your sokker experience better or not.

Tip 2 was written again.
The result of playing a NT-game is lower, than I thought.
Nevertheless NT-games are influencing also the Experience of a player and this is very important!
And here is:
Tip 16 - Experience
According to rules: "Experience is gained by playing matches. The experience level depends on the number of matches played, the percentage of activity during the matches, and the type of the match (friendly, official, national team). Players at lower levels of experience will increase the skill faster than players with higher levels.
Depending on their experience level, defenders could slightly block, or at least slow down, their opponents while running to the ball. However, they will not be able to block while heading duels."
This means, if a player plays a NT game, his experience grows faster. If his experience grows, he can be more effective. (Not only the defenders, as described, but all players. For example: The attackers on scoring, the playmakers on passing, the goalkeepers on catching the ball).
You can monitor the experience of your player with tools like sokkerviewer or sokkerorganizer.
Tip: Remember: A player with higher experience can be more effective, even if his skills are lower!

Let´s talk about training.
What kinds of training do exist?
There are 2 types of training.
a) Individual. You select each week the kind of training for a specific position.
e.g.: position: MID / training: PLAYMAKER
All players* who have played with MID instruction will be trained in individual training in PLAYMAKING, according to the minutes they have played.
(* if a player has in league game instruction PLA and he plays 2nd game in friendly for at least 1 minute with different instruction e.g. STR he will get NO individual training)
b.) Generall training.
All players who have played in this week, get general training, according to the minutes they have played.*
(* if you train STAMINA, then all players get general training, even if they have not played)
How does the training affect the attributes and the popups?
To make this clear we have first neutralise some factors that influence training.
If we make the assumptions that:
- Trainer skill in trained skill is 16
- Assistants are magical (15)
- Age does not influence (It does, especially after 25 it takes more time to develop and after 30 there are pop downs)
- All players have the same talent, about 3. (The best have talent 3)
- Generall training doesn´t influence the skills (it does, but it is less than 10% of the individual training on the trained skill and depends also on the skills of the main coach)
- Experience does not influence the progress (It does and it specially influences the deccision the players make)
So, now with these assumptions we can go on to the essential part, the final assumptions:
To understand better the popups we take a look at the table A.
On the first column we see the starting trained level and on the second column the target level. On the third column we see the "trained minutes" needed to access the target skill (to pop up).
What are the "trained minutes"?
The term "trained minutes" is the number the engine counts for the individual training.
If a player plays 90 minutes of a friendly game, the engine counts 75 "trained minutes", 75 tm. If he plays a league game, he gets 20% more tm, he gets 90 tm.
On the table B you can see who many "trained minutes" are registered by the engine for playing 1-3 games in a week, allways with the same instruction (e.g. in all games DEF)
(These values are based on the experience and studies of many users, especially on the german forum)
_______________________________________________________
According to table A, if the skill of my player is 3, he needs 2 friendlies to get 2+75=150 tm, in order to popup from 3 to 4. If he plays 2 league games, it makes 2*90=180 tm. The 150 are to popup to level 4 and the remaining 30 tm count for his next popup at level 5, when he needs 169 t.m..
For every next level you need 12,5% more tm.
From 3->4 you need 150. From 4->5 you need 150*1,125= 168,75 tm, etc..
_______________________________________________________
Conclusion:
If you have a player of level 7, he can popup to level 11 if he gets 1156 t.m.. This means he has to play 13 league games and you train for 13 weeks the same thing, or he plays in 16 friendlies and you train the same thing for 16 weeks. It´s up to you!
If you have a player of level 9, he can popup to level 12 if he gets 1031 t.m.. This means he has to play 12 league games and you train for 12 weeks the same thing, or he plays 14 for weeks in 14 friendlies and you train the same thing. If he plays every week league game and U21/NT game he needs only 11 weeks!
If you have a player of level 10, he can popup to level 13 if he gets 1160 t.m.. This means he has to play 13 league games and you train for 13 weeks the same thing, or he plays 16 for weeks in 16 friendlies and you train the same thing. It´s up to you!
_______________________________________________________
Take care of your main coach!
If he has 16 in the trained skill, e.g. defence, and his skill in technique is weak (4), then your will see no development on the technique of your plaers in technique. His skill is to low to develop the technique of your players through general training!!

After the problem of last days, oSokker is working again. Here is the xpi-link.
In order to run it you need Mozilla Firefox and you also need to run sokker.org page in the old layout.
With oSokker you can configure some features like:
Login Form on the Start Page
Configuration
Player Sorting, e.g. by form
Economical Summary
Match Details
Team links
Colored Tablerows
Formation Display
NTDB Link*
Income calculation of a sold out stadium
Money Calculator
Cross table
Skills sum
League table sorting
Delete link in mailbox list
Forum editor (like exSokker)
more about the features here.
* = NTDB Link gives you the possibility to get the skills of your (potential) U21/NT-players updated in the National-Team-DataBase, by just 2 clicks (on the flag and then OK). If you make this after they popup (on Thursday), then I can decide if your player will play in the U21 according to his actual skills and you can make me happy! :)

Good news! You don´t need oSokkker anymore. You can use the updated version of SkUnk.
With this tool you can benefit in many ways. With this tool you can have the ability to:
- display player skill values in numbers and the summarized player skill values (like with oSokker)
- adding player to shortlist and observing them in office page
- saving transfer searches
- saving/loading ticket schemes
- scrollable side menus and clock
- favoriting topics
and many more.
Fiinally my benefit:
An NTDB link with a flag, on your player page, under his name, will appear. You just have to click it and his skills will be automatically updated in the NTDB (NTDB stands for National Team DataBase - from there, each NT-coach can decide if a player fits for the NT/U21 team)
It will make me happy and I will spend a lot of time, if you use it. It´s very easy to adapt the script in your browser. Just visit the sokker-forum-page about SkUnk on this link and then follow the short instruction for your browser (available for Opera, Firefox and Chrome)
Please do it for me - it makes my work much easier! :)

Here are some additional informations about the Junior team.
(This can be very important for the Pilipinas U21 and NT. It can be also important for your team - I have earned more than 30 million P in the last seasons by selling Youth players from my team)
I. Basics
- If you have a Junior team, you need a Coach of the junior team.
- He should be as good as possible, so that the juniors develop faster.
- The Coach of the junior team gets a weekly wage and you have also to pay for every number of places in the Juniors school. So, it is wise to make a fiancial plan for the hole season (16 weeks)
- Keep 6 places free every Friday night, for the new juniors on Saturday.
II. Evaluation criteria of juniors (talent, final level, age)
II A. Talent
- Talent is the hidden ability of the player to enhance his skills.
- When his talent has the minimum value of 3, he develops very fast.
- If his talent is between 3.8 and 4.6, he develops in a good tempo.
- If the value of talent is higher than 4.9, then you can sack this player, except his level is to high according to his age. In this case, you can make some money by selling the player right after he finishes the juniors school.
- Low number for the talent index means high talented. The minimum is 3. High number in talent index means the player has no talent.
II B. How to calculate the talent of the juniors
- You just have to divide the number of the weeks in academy through the number of the levels he developed. E.g.:
1st week: level weak (4)
28th week: level formidable (11)
a. level-change = (formidable) 11 - (weak) 4 = 7
b. Talent = "weeks in academy" / "level-change" =
= 28 (weeks) / 7 (levelchange) = 4 (talent)
- Do you need to wait till a junior finishes the Juniors school to calculate his talent?
No. you can have an (inaccurate) estimation of his talent after 8 weeks.
- In the first three weeks (or when the Coach of the junior team has not a high general skill) the estimation of the level Your junior players can be very inaccurate. That´s why I prefer to keep most juniors at least 4 weeks in the school.
- It is also the same reason, why I ignore the level-estimation of the first 2 weeks.
- After 4 weeks in the school I can see his estimated level - there is only a few data to estimate his talent. After 8 weeks I can have a better image of his talent and calculate it.
II C. Final Level
- It is the level of the player when he finishes the Juniors School.
- The triple of the final level will be eaual to the sum of his skills (stamina+pace+tec.+...)
e.g. Final level excellent (10) -> 10 * 3 = 30
So, he will have between 30 and 32 sumskills (e.g. pace 10, technique 10, striker 10 and all others 0 // 10+10+10+0+0+0+0+0+0=30)
- The maximum a skill can have after finishing the juniors school is 10 (excellent)
- Final level = Sumskill expected
0. tragic = Sumskill expected 0-2
1. hopeless = Sumskill expected 3-5
2. unsatisfactory = Sumskill expected 6-8
3. poor = Sumskill expected 9-11
4. weak = Sumskill expected 12-14
5. average = Sumskill expected 15-17
6. adequate = Sumskill expected 18-20
7. good = Sumskill expected 21-23
8. solid = Sumskill expected 24-26
9. very good = Sumskill expected 27-29
10. excellent = Sumskill expected 30-32
11. formidable = Sumskill expected 33-35
12. outstanding = Sumskill expected 36-38
13. incredible = Sumskill expected 39-41
14. brilliant = Sumskill expected 42-44
15. magical = Sumskill expected 45-47
16. unearthly = Sumskill expected 48-50
II D. Final Level - Age
- I have different expectations of my juniors, according to their age.
- For a junior with talent 7.5 who has just finished the juniors school in age of 20 with final level 13 (sumskill e.g. 40) there is only one thing I can do. Sell immediately! With such a low talent (with such a high index in talent) it is just a waste of time to keep him and train him. He will develop very slow.
- For a junior with talent 3.2 who has just finished the juniors school in age of 17 with final level 8 (sumskill e.g. 24) there is only one thing I can do. Give him the best possible training. He will develop very fast and after 2 or 3 seasons he will be a valuable player of your team and of the U21.
- If the talent of a player is between 3.8 and 4.8 you can orientate by the following table:
(Keep in mind the talent. If the talent is better, if it is between 3 and 3.8, you can tolerate lower values in level in the following table)
Age---------:-- Final Level is good ---------- Final Level is SUPER! (U21 prospect) :)
16 y. old: average (5)/ Sumskill 15+ ------ Better than adequate (6+)/ Sumskill 18+
17 y. old: good (7)/ Sumskill 21+ ---------- Better than solid (8+)/ Sumskill 24+
18 y. old: solid (8)/ Sumskill 24+ ---------- Better than excellent (10+)/ Sumskill 30+
19 y. old: very good (9)/ Sumskill 27+ ---- Better than outstanding (12+)/ Sumskill 36+
20 y. old: formidable (11)/ Sumskill 33+ -- Better than brilliant (14+)/ Sumskill 42+
-Keep also in mind, that those values depend on the current week. They are my estimation for the begin of the season!! In the middle of the season I calculate 1 level higher (summskill +3) and at the end of the season 2 levels higher (summskill +6).
- There is an online tool which makes similar calculation. It is in the french database http://www.sktable.org/myteam.php You have to log in with your sokker account logname and password and click on "connecter". After this click on "Mon eqipe". The stars at the right of your players name indicate his Level. Take care it totally ignores the talent!
II E. Keep or sack a junior while he is in juniors school?
- 1st condition: If estimated talent is 3.0-3.8 keep.
- 2nd condition: If final estimated level is very low according to the table before, sack.
III Keep or sack after finishing the juniors school?
- After finishing the juniors school he has to sign immediately contract in your team. Otherwise he gets no training anymore...
- If you don´t have good coaching staff, sell immediately. With the same money you can buy a player with better skills in the age of 25+.
- If you have good coaching staff and the player has good talent, keep him.
- If you have good coaching staff and the player has no talent, sell him.
- Finally there is also the lucky factor of the distribution of the skills, the training you are giving your players and the matter, that you are the manager - so the decision is yours ;)
IV Tools to use
- There are various tools. For now I advise you to use SkUnk (you can read about it in the previous post in the same topic). With this you can see the sumskills of your players, you can have a realistic estimation of his selling price and many more.
- With Sokker Organizer you can have an estimation of the talent of your players in the Juniors School as in the picture shown below.
- You can read about Sokker Organizer in the homepage of Sokker Organizer http://sk.danny.cl/so/ or in the forum http://sokker.org/forum_topic/ID_forum/1259/ID_topic/331350/pg/1

Here you can see the estimated selling price of all your players:

Some examples about calculating the TRAINED MINUTES (TM) of your players
trained minutes (TM) from league games: [played minutes] : 90 * 90
trained minutes (TM) from Friendly games: [played minutes] : 90 * 75
trained minutes (TM) from NT/U21 games: [played minutes] : 90 * 50
Total TM of the week
Just add them and remember that more than 100 is not possible.
e.g.:
{league 90 minutes, friendly 15 minutes] = 90/90*90 + 15/90*75 = 90 + 12,5 = 102,5 => 100 ΤΜ
{league 25 minutes, friendly 90 minutes] = 25/90*90 + 90/90*75 = 25 + 75 = 100 => 100 ΤΜ
[friendly 90 minutes, U21 45 minutes] = 90/90*75 + 45/90*50 = 75 + 25 = 100 => 100 ΤΜ
[friendly 60 minutes, U21 90 minutes] = 60/90*75 + 90/90*50 = 50 + 50 = 100 => 100 ΤΜ
Remember:
- These numbers are based on rumours, on observations and on monitoring. They might be wrong - so, allways give your players a little bit more minutes to play, than calculated.
- Official games (league, cup, U21) add value on the parameter of player experience!!
- Some young players get upset and loose form if they play league games
- Some young players get upset and loose form if they don´t play league games
- As long as you don´t have 3 magical assistants and a magical head coach, perhaps it is better for you and for the players to sell them.
You will be able to get a better training staff with the money,
and the players will be able to get better training conditions.

In the past days I realised some interesting things about talent and I have sent a skmail about it to marc8 (F1 RedBull), bulacañeo (Real San Rafael C.F.), acelio_1216 (F.C. Ace) and ceqcfc (Quezon City F.C.)
According to the importance of talent, I had to rethink about training.
I came to the conclusion, that to give maximum training to a player is the most beneficial, for the progress of the player, for the strength of the team, for the owner of the team, for the NT/U21, for the finances of the club etc. It´s a win win situation.
The win is viewable if you calculate his trained basic skill after 1 or 2 seasons. It makes a difference if an 18 years old player starts with basic skill 8 and after 1 season (16 weeks) he has reached 12 or 11 - it makes a bigger difference if you calculate it for 2 seasons (32 weeks): With full training he reaches skill level of 16 and is close to 17, with just playing league games 15 and with playing just in friendlies 14.
By giving maximum training, I mean 100% of training - 100 TM - 100 Training Minutes.
For every full official game (90 minutes) a player gains 90 TM. (minutes game * 1)
For every full friendly game (90 minutes) a player gains 75 TM. (minutes game * 75 / 90)
For every full NT/U21 game (90 minutes) a player gains 45 TM. (minutes game / 2)
So, e.g. by playing 90´ league game and 12´ friendly, one can reach maximum training - 100 TM.
On the following you can see the the sum training a player receives (in training minutes - TM), if he plays only friendly games (Fr.g.), if he plays only League games (Lg.g.), or if he gets Maximum training.
In one season:
Fr.g.tr.: 75 * 15 weeks (1 season) = 1125 TM
Lg.g.tr.: 90 * 15 weeks (1 season) = 1350 TM
Max. tr.:100 * 15 weeks (1 season) = 1500 TM
In 2 seasons:
Fr.g.tr.:75 * 30 weeks (2 seasons) = 2500 TM
Lg.g.tr.: 90 * 30 weeks (2 seasons) = 2700 TM
Max. tr.:100 * 30 weeks (2 seasons) = 3000 TM
------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------
And now, lets make an example. You have a player with these skills:
age:18
solid [8] stamina, hopeless [1] keeper
adequate [6] pace, solid [8] defender
unsatisfactory [2] technique, weak [4] playmaker
good [7] passing, adequate [6] striker
Etimated selling value: 17 947 € = 115 000 P.
Assumptions: You know he is talented (talent 3-3.75),
your training facilities are the best (Most skills of head coach are 16 and you have 3 assistants)
and it is the begin of the season.
Let us see how the player looks like after 2 seasons, in the age of 20.
I will study 4 cases:
Case A, mixed training, you train first some pace (10 weeks), then some technique (5 weeks) and on the next season 15 weeks defence. The player plays every week 90 minutes friendly game and 25 minutes official - this makes maximum training.
Case B, you train only defence and he plays only in friendlies every Wednesday.
Case C, you train only defence and he plays in league games every Sunday.
Case D, you train only defence and the player plays every week 90 minutes friendly game and 25 minutes official - this makes maximum training.
Case A
age:20
[10] stamina, [1] keeper
[10] pace, [13] defender
[5] technique, [5] playmaker
[8] passing, [7] striker
Etimated selling value: 1 476 564 € = 9 450 000 P.
Case B
age:20
[10] stamina, [1] keeper
[7] pace, [14] defender
[4] technique, [5] playmaker
[8] passing, [7] striker
Etimated selling value: 1 349 905 € = 8 640 000 P.
Case C
age:20
[10] stamina, [1] keeper
[7] pace, [15] defender
[4] technique, [5] playmaker
[8] passing, [7] striker
Etimated selling value: 2 279 581 € = 14 600 000 P.
Case D
age:20
[10] stamina, [1] keeper
[7] pace, [16] defender
[4] technique, [5] playmaker
[8] passing, [7] striker
Etimated selling value: 2 462 628 € = 15 800 000 P.
Which of these cases do you prefer?
For me it is case D. As i mentioned before, he will be very close to the next popup - in the other cases not.
Such a player will be very expensive to buy, for unexperienced users. Everybody who would buy him, would buy him to give him pace training - and there are a lot of teams training pace...
And there is something else. I prefer to have in the U21 a player like case D - I think he is more usefull for the team.
------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------
After rethinking those (mathematical) facts about training, I decided to go for my club on striker training. The maximum number of strikers receiving 100% of training is 5.
So I will sell some 18-20 years old players from Pilipinas on the next days. Contact me if you want them to be sold on a specific time. (I will post about them on the »Players on Transfer List-topic)
If you think about training defence or playmaking, the maximum number of players receiving 100% training on these positions is 8.
You need to make substitutes on each game to reach this numbers. If you want to know more about it, just ask me.
For me (and for you) it would be a waste to keep players from Pilipinas on my squad, if they don´t receive training - especially if they are under 26 years old.
------------------------------------------------------
If you decide to continue training as you did in the past, doesn´t matter...
The main thing is we have fun with the game! ;)

I hope the example before gave you some idea of what is possible with maximum training. If you haven´t read the article before, please just read only the example of case A and D.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
After writing the article before, I had a discussion with training expertise ptolemeoss. He reminded me, that players on other positions get also trained (a bit slower).
So, I want to correct myself - you can train efficient more players than I told you - especially if you have players who play regularly in the U21/NT.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So, once again, let me start with the basics:
1. This is the amount of training, your players get by playing full games:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2. The following are some examples on how to give them maximum training:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3. This one is an example of how to train your strikers on striker skill.
It is wise to use 3 striker slots on every game if you train striker (e.g. positions 7, 9 and 11)
By making some clever substitutes, you can be sure that your players get 100% of training (100 TM).
If they also played on U21 or Nt, then you can be more flexible.
The addition to this (addition to the table I sent to some of you with skmail) are the playmaker and the defender positions. They get also training on the trained skill, a little bit slower. The numbers I calculate for these positions have to be verified - I need some weeks more to verify them, but I guess they are very close to reality.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4. The same as above, for training on defending position (or playmaking position) the skills of defending, or playmaking, or technique, or pass.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5. By this table you can calculate the popups of your players. You can know how much training (in TM - trained minutes) he needs for the next popup.
The table is based on perfect training conditions and on talent of 3.0.
So you can also know if your player is talented or not.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6. The same as above, for pace training.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7. Once again, what is possible:
A part of the example I wrote on the previous post.
Starting point:
Talented player, best training conditions, age:18
solid [8] stamina, hopeless [1] keeper
adequate [6] pace, solid [8] defender
unsatisfactory [2] technique, weak [4] playmaker
good [7] passing, adequate [6] striker
Etimated selling value: 17 947 € = 115 000 P.
Case A - 2 seasons mixed maximum training (league & friendly):
age:20
[10] stamina, [1] keeper
[10] pace, [13] defender
[5] technique, [5] playmaker
[8] passing, [7] striker
Etimated selling value: 1 476 564 € = 9 450 000 P.
Case B - 2 seasons only defence and only league games (90% training):
age:20
[10] stamina, [1] keeper
[7] pace, [14] defender
[4] technique, [5] playmaker
[8] passing, [7] striker
Etimated selling value: 1 349 905 € = 8 640 000 P.
Case D - Maximum training 2 seasons on basic skill:
age:20
[10] stamina, [1] keeper
[7] pace, [16] defender
[4] technique, [5] playmaker
[8] passing, [7] striker
Etimated selling value: 2 462 628 € = 15 800 000 P.

That´s all :)

Some people have another view of the amount of the training minutes (TM) a player gets by a game and I have good reasons to regard and to mention all scenarios about full training.
So, there are three scenarios:
A. Official 90 TM - Friendly 75 TM for playing full games (written by me)
B. Official 85 TM - Friendly 70 TM for playing full games (written by kenyard)
C. Official 80 TM - Friendly 66 TM for playing full games (written by goth)
Full training of 100 TM in a week (TM = training minutes):
A. Official 90 minutes + Friendly 12 minutes
or Official 25 minutes + Friendly 90 minutes
B. Official 90 minutes + Friendly 15 minutes
or Official 31 minutes + Friendly 90 minutes
C. Official 90 minutes + Friendly 20 minutes
or Official 35 minutes + Friendly 90 minutes
So if you want to be sure that your players get 100 TM (full training) consider the third scenario (C).
EDITED: Last scenario (C) is flase! According to calculations Scenarios A and B are closer to reality.
