Hallo,
There are some players, e.g. player A, who has super basic skill (e.g. defence 12), and his skill in pace is very low (e.g. 7). Despite this, he still gets training in defence.
There are some other players, e.g. player B, who has super skill in pace (e.g. 13), his basic skill is low (e.g. defence 8) and despite this, he still gets training in pace.
This thing makes me unhappy.
I think, you want the best for players from Pilipinas.
How would it be if these players change teams. How would it be for the NT of Pilipinas?
Immagine what would happen If these players would change teams.
In less than 7 weeks, the defenders pace skill can popup to 9, and the defence skill of the other player, the pacey one, would popup to 10.
So, after 7 weeks, there would be
one player A with def 12 and pace 9
and another one B with def 10 and pace 13.
I think it´s a win win situation for all participants.
I ask you to join this initiative by:
- announcing here what kind of training you make this season
- advertising here your players who lack in an important skill
- advertising here your players who have reached a target in the skill you are training.
(The target for U21 players is for me between excellent (10) and outstanding (12). The target for older players is up to you, or the NT-coach).
I believe Pilipinas NT and you, will have better players, if this initiative works. It´s up to your participaion.

PACE-skill: acelio_1216 - F.C. Ace and ceqcfc - Quezon F.C.
(* take care, pace needs about 20% more time! I write it especially for you ceqcfc. I think it is better for a new team to specialize in a basic skill (GK, DF, PM or ST), so that the trained players develop as fast as possible, so you can sell them when their basic skill reaches very good (9) or excellent (10), so you can make money and finance further investments.)

That was the first step.
The next step is to make everything, so that the players get the best possible training. For example, I would prefer a GK be trained in gk or pac, a DF mainly in def (or pac), a PLM mainly in plm (or pas), a ST mainly in st, in te and in te.
If you think you have a NT/U21-player who could have a better training in another team, put him on transfer list. It is even for you better to have players who benefit the most of your training.
On the last days, some potential and some actual U21 players where transfered. (They reached the landmark, that was set by their coaches -e.g. skill 12). I will contact furthermore foreign managers to ask them to put their players on the transferlist.
I will ask also to put on tranferlist players with very low form. Most times the form changes after a transfer (unfortunatelly not all times).

GK: gk 9, pace 9
DF: df 11, pace 11
PM: pm 10, pas 10, tec 9, pace 9 (at least 3 of 4 criteria should be fullfilled)
SR: st 10, tec 10, pac 10 (at least the first and one more criterium should be fullfilled)

Finally, you don´t have to remain on the trainingplan you announced, you don´t have to sell any players, you don´t have to buy any players.
These all are nothing more than my point of view.
The main thing is to remember, it´s just a game, so, HAVE FUN!!

Hello :) If my team becomes better, that's when I'll start to specialize. Any suggestions? (no goalkeeper please) :D Maybe I can train strikers in the future, especially since I will use 433 a lot :)
This would probably be my last season in pace then I'm thinking about specializing in midfield training but I'm still not sure :D

Just take a look at your U19 players and feel what makes you more happy: Excellent defenders, excellent playmakers or excellent strikers? ;P

Here is how I monitor my players.
By monitoring, I know when the next popup will happen and I also know if a player has talent or not.
In the following excell-sheet you can view the progress of my players in PACE. (I train pace)
- If a players skill is 9 (very good) then I add 90 t.m.* (trained minutes for every official game he plays) in the first raw.
- The second raw? For now, forget it.
- The third raw? This is his popup-age. When he pops up, then I note his age and I continue next week with the next line/skill-level.
So, when the age is noticed, and the next line is empty, this means that he has just poped up.
So, if you are specializing in one training session, you can better know when the next popup happens and if your players are talented.

Now I have a better assistant/coach, who earns about 80.000 P less than the old one. In 12 weeks I will have the money back! (I was lucky in this case).
The main thing is that I needed only 3 pulls to recruit a magical (15) coach. I have done this four times in the past. I think you don´t have to pay for buying a new coach. By this way you can save a lot of money.
Conclusion:
Everybody can build up a coach-team of 4 or 5 magical coaches in less than 3 seasons, if the finances are planned carefully. you need to know how much money you will have at each time and which player you sell at what time; You need a financial plan like this:
