Hi all sokker players from Pilipinas :)

I have made a decision to take part in the elections in your country when I found acelio_1216's post in Sokker International:

Pilipinas NT needs a coach :)

..and at that time I thought that i can try to start in this election.

I have experience only with my team, no NT, no u21. My biggest success is 2nd place in election in New Zealand, you can find this in my club history. I have been playing in sokker since 2008, so it is very long, but unfortunately I have a lot of breaks too and I play only in V league. But now i have an interesting plan for the club and because of that i've won 2 seasons so far.

What I want to do with NT? This season is the beginning of World Cup preliminary, so Pilipinas should try to improve their ranking and try to fight with other teams which are playing about 70%. I think that Pilipinas can fight for 2nd or 3rd place in group.
I'd also like to find players without the owners and take care of them, because we can't lose players.

I know that my experience with NT is very poor but I like challanges and I believe that I can manage controlling this team.

3. You said that you had a lot of breaks... my concern is that will you be active for the whole season?

4. Being an NT coach takes a lot of time (scouting for players, getting updates, making tactics, scheduling friendlies). Will you be able to do that? Are you going to have a staff (scouts, etc.)

I want to verify my skills in managing team, creating tactics etc. I think too that it can be interesting experience and something new in my sokker-career.

2. What tactics do you usually use and how do know which tactic to use against a team?

oh, it is difficult question, because we can't of course play only one tactic. I think that in creating tactic we should rate our enemies players and know what we want to achieve in match - lots of goals, beacause the rival is weak or maybe quite defensive tactic, because we are too weak. And it is dependent on players, which we can use.

3. You said that you had a lot of breaks... my concern is that will you be active for the whole season?

I'm responsible, in real life too. When I declare doing something I want keep my word. You can also check my team - I have 5-6 young players, which I buy for high prices, so their training and results are important and I don't want to stop playing sokker, at least in this season :P Last time I bought plus too (expires at 23.05.2015), so I don't want to waste my money.

Yes, I'm able. I haven't thought about staff yet but I suppose that I can do this things myself. I know only that my sokker friend, pazdzierz84 (4 seasons with Poland u21, 2 seasons with Czech u21, 2 gold medals in WC u21) can help me during my cadence and advise something when I have doubts.

Vers is a friend of mine - very good coach. He helped me a lot when I did know nothing about sokker (first 2-3 years I played normal tactic ;p).

If Vers need a help with Your NT, I will help him.

Vers is a good choice for Pilipinas - active user, good tactic and coach !

I think that it is very hard to say that I have favourite tactic. During my sokker "career" I trained keepers, defenders, midfielders and strikers and in all this situations I have adequate tactic (with 5 defenders or 5 midfielders or 3 strikers). Its also hard to say for me because I don't know skills players from Pilipinas, but I like and use often defensive/offensive midfielders, as for example 4-2-3-1 or 4-1-2-1-2. In harder match we can of course add one more defender and modificate, use other tactic.

And if ever you do become coach, what is your goal for the NT in the world cup qualifiers? And what do you think you can accomplish? :)

It is difficult question, beacuase sokker is a mystery and the engine is unpredictable but realistically I think that we can fight for 3./4. place in this group. Maybe with luck 2nd? ;p Italy is out of reach, Switzerland-hard to say, we can battle for sure with Uruguay and Switerzland, with Tunis we should win. So I think that in this group we should attempt to raise our rank and get the score as best as we can

Give me one thing that you think you are good at which will convince us to vote you :D

It can be that you're really active in sokker (persuade coaches to train their players or sell them if they won't be able to train them), or you are a good tactician, or whatever else you can think of :)

So I think that it is: really active in sokker. I have a periods during my play in sokker that I can train and sell players for 200-300% their first transfer. For example: 1, 2, 3 or 4 or 5 (as my old team names: Gran Torino or Moroka Swallows).

I know that it was long time ago but now I play again for only 2 seasons and I have to learn TL once again :v

I think also that I can too persuade those coaches to sell/train their players. And I can too advertise them on some polish forums, because I'm member of some forums-association.
