My last match as the NT coach (unless I become coach again in the future, of course). It wasn't my best season because I really wasn't able to have a lot of time like I did before. There has been a lot of difficult decisions especially in player choices. I wanted to give the younger players playing time even if they have a big skill difference with some of the players who I used to work with such as Aguilar, Austria and Pinlac. Surprisingly though, they were able to give more than what I expected from them. These include Lester Alcazar, Abel Cabungcal, Benedict Dinolang, Lancelot Quinot, Devon Sabugo and Earl Sugcang.

For the "veterans" who played a big role for this season... They are Eduardo Andrada, Rafi Booc, Ren-Ren Cambay, Kobe Conlu, Hidalgo Macatunao, Frank Manuyong, Nathan Mauban, Dean Musni, Enrico Nabua, Mike Pinagbuklod, Cesar Tudtud, Jonas Aguilar and Olsen Pinlac

And for the other players who haven't shined this season due to problems in form or plainly because the veterans are irreplaceable who have a big future in the NT... Dewey Agbulos, Carlos Bahande, Philip Beligan, Henry de Leon, Ali Halum, Ricardo Mabalot and Tyson Punsoy

For this matched, I used various players, ranging from the veterans, the rising stars and the new graduates from the U21. I honestly did not expect this result against Belarus and I'm happy to have won my last match as NT coach.

I gave Chandler Litao the number 1 position for this match to see his future at the NT and even though he didn't keep a cleansheet, he showed his worth with two penalty saves (with both fouls from Conlu lol). In addition to him, I also added defenders Noah Tapaya and Edmund Quinahan, as well as forward Omanzie Tanghal who might be the future stars of the NT.

I had mixed emotions regarding this one season stay as the NT. I want to continue my work to see if it has bear fruit in the world cup qualifiers but at the same time, I know that I cannot give as much time as I want to. I hope that whoever becomes coach will do better than I did and lead the team to greater heights.

stay close to NT be an assistant or scouter,no need much time for this,

Chandler Litao the keeper is a sad story...hes team is bot and unfortunely
hes training has stop!
he will lose 2 seazons for sure before hes team relegate and he goes to transfer list,
if he stay more in one of 2 Divisions then he will be worthless for NT,
we will see in future

When his owner was banned, he had keeper training. Are you sure he will stop to get training? He plays every Sunday.

Well let's hope for the best :) and let's see this season regarding Tolis hehe

Everything is ready for the next qualification match against S.Korea,a match most for
checking players and tactick.
We have 3 injuries,Philip Beligan (26y) a promising deffender,Abel Cabungcal (25y) also a promising midfield,
those 2 are the most importand injuries.
Our keepers for this match are Lester Alcázar (24y) and Ali Halum (26y),the first one he will start in first 11.
Both are good keepers and having many seazons to play,Alcazar is in form and i have send
to his coach message about training.
In deffence line we have an improve of Tyson Punsoy (26y) and he will play,both
Macatunao-Book are ready to help with their experiance.
Midfield line and Ren-Ren Cambay start to improve his form,we need him ofc!
checkin match for both Lancelot Quinot-Henry de León (25y both and promising too).
Manuyong-Andrada-Agbulos are ready in Forwards line,not many news about this line.

I have send many messages to help,we have many bad training players!
Philipines dont have many players to choose and when bad training happens,
our options are realy low!
Anyway we can fight with what we have,at least i hope not many injuries and low forms
hit our team :)

Was a derby score is not accurate,same chances both,meaby Cuba was lucky,
or having better forwards to score.

Suomi was better and the win was fair,they could have score more goals!
