I spent very few time to prepare for this game and I am happy for the result and our defensive preformance.
One week before, Cameroun lost 6-0 against Azerbaidzan. Don´t you think you should make a bigger result today
I watched this game inorder to find the differences. In comparison to the team of Azerbaitzan, which won against Cameroun by 6-0, we had better organising qualities and better defence. The big difference was on the offensive tactic. I promise you to try something similar in the next games.

I do not know about Pamintuan and Austria and I just heard about Cabungcal from his manager, Ortwin.

His coach, Ortwin, bought a 16 years old player and by giving him time to play in the matches of his team, he transformed him in a superplayer.
Last season I modified all tactics of Pilipinas to fit to Cabungcal (he played as winger) and he won the bronze medal with the U20 in the "Mamma Mia"-U20-Mini-World-Cup!
Additionally, Ortwin messaged me about each popup of Cabungcal. That was an exemplary cooperation and consistency. Ortwin is now rewarded by having a class-A player in his team and my full respect.
I also think we both had a lot of fun together - I still remember of the friendly against the Czech Republic in the stadium of the team of Cabungcal and Ortwin :)
I would like to see more managers taking care of 16 or 17 year old players. I also believe, that this is the only way for small communities (with less than 10 regular users) to survive and having some good results.

I told you it would be an easy win. If you see the stats, we had 28 shots and our rival none.
I am also happy about Abel Cabungcal´s 50th game with the Azkals and that´s why the name of the tactics was "Thank you Ortwin" (Ortwin is the manager of Cabungcal). There are some managers who focus on the possibility of an injury and they do not message the skills of their players, ask Woody about it - he had such an experience in Switzerland. And there are users like Ortwin, who know about the importance of the experience-skill and they message the skills of their players after each popup. This is a win-win-situation for all participants - for the manager of the player, for the player and for the U21-team. That´s why I point out this critical detail.
Furthermore I want to emphasise the debut of Omanzie Tanghal. He came just on Thursday out of the juniors school, so he had no experience of official games, no tactical discipline and no teamwork. However he had luck to make an assist and he has also talent. I think he will get soon tranfer listed and I hope he will get full training in his new team (full training = 25 minutes on Sunday and 90 minutes on Wednesday). He can be even better than Cabungcal!
You promised last week to try something new in the offence, so your team can score more goals. Are you satisfied by the 3 goals your team scored?
No, definitely not. Perhaps our team would score more goals if Agbulos would play on number 11 and Mabalot on number 10. I will check this on next game, or something else.
Why do you think Agbulos should play on number 10 instead of position number 11?
The player on position number 11 is more active and has more chances than the player on position number 10. I decided to play with Agbulos on number 10, only because I wanted Cabungcal to be the man of the match. I think he deserved it! ;)

I was very surprised by the way the game came along. I expected an easy win and by watching the game I was afraid we will loose.
I expected Singapore to be weaker and I wanted to check again the tactics of last week, with some small changes.
Additionally I changed the players instructions to 3-4-3. This could be fatal.

I was very surprised by the way the game came along. I expected an easy win and by watching the game I was afraid we will loose.
I expected Singapore to be weaker and I wanted to check again the tactics of last week, with some small changes.
Additionally I changed the players instructions to 3-4-3. This could be fatal.

Let's play with the Czech republic and I will be the coach. My favorite tactic is the corner tactic I use for all the friendly matches. Its purpose is to protect the most valuable players from injuries while exposing 1-3 less valuable players to higher risk of injury instead. Warning: Unless your opponent plays corner tactic too, you might lose considerably high amount of ranking points. :D :D :D

What to say about this game? After the game started I went to the toilet and when I came back, our goalkeeper, Alcazar was sitting on the bench eating popcorn. Tanghal was on the goalpost and I shouted "Which idiot ordered this $H!7 ?" Nobody answered, but everybody stared at me...
Do you think you would win the game if this wouldn´t happen?
If... It doesn´t matter anymore. The hard fact is I made a hilarious mistake and we lost the game.
What about next game?
Next game is an U20 game against Montenegro. Unfortunatelly Alcazar got injured and I hae a very bad feeling about this game, against one of the surprising teams of the U21-WC.
