SHOULD HELP US IN OUR PLAN FOR THE FUTURE

So, the following text is addressed to people who supported me (acelio_1216, marc8, ceqcfc, bulacañeo) but also to newcomers like tyuratam, Bangkicles and sooljaden.

Tyuratam, Bangkicles and sooljaden doesn´t know me, so lets introduce myself:
# I managed for several seasons the U21 and coordinated people to train young players more efficient.

# The results: We won the bronze medal on the unofficial U20-world cup (1st Mamma Mia Cup) and we were close to the qualification for the U21 world cup.

# How it worked?
- I shared all my knowledge about training and I asked people to give individual training to their players each week. I asked them to let them play 1,5 matches per week, even if they were 16 or 17 years old. (At this age the training is more efficient).

- I asked people to sell their players, if they didn´t wanted (for several reasons) to give them each week enough training. I also looked to find a new club for the players, with best training conditions. (Believe me, there are a lot of clubs in the whole world, who are interested to participate in a community, that takes care about players in younger ages than 20. These clubs are still present and waiting for your coach to tell them: "If he trains a lot in X skill, he will be a member of the U21")

# What could have been better?
- My tactical options. They were very good and we had super results (like wins over Suomi, Sverige, Paraguay, England etc), we also had some more nice results like draws over Brazil, Uruguay, Crna Gora and Indonesia, but with the tacical knowledge I have now, I say it could have been even better!
- I should be also more direct with my words, to following 2 matters:
a. It is better you train just 1 player in age of 20 and one in age of 17, than training 5, 6, 8, or 10 players. It does not work to give enough training to 6 strikers. It does not work to give enough training to 8 defenders. Concentrate on the best ones and sell the rest. (There are also other clubs, who would support the team of Pilipinas). Quality goes over quantity! It is better you have a playmaker with pass 14 and playmaking 14, than having 3 or 4 or 5 or 100 playmakers with pass 11 and playmaking 11.
- I should make it clear to all of you of how important it is to have the best possible training team. The sumskill of your 3 assistants should be over 360. If you are not able to finance this, then you need just 3 seasons, in order to get the money for it. Start to train young players (age 16 or 17) only in defence till level 15, or only in playmaking and pass till both levels are 13, and sell them. In 3 seasons you will have money enough to get better assistants, so that your training works faster.
- Make a plan! Who of you will train defence? Who will train plamaking? Who will train goalkeepers? Let the strikers be trained by foreign clubs, till you understand how you can raise the effectiveness.

Fianlly 3 more things:
# Be aware of your advantages:
- Advantage number 1: The Pilipinas community is small and this fact attract users from arround the world to train U21-players, especially in the age of 16 or 17.
- Advantage number 2: Osasunistas is a very engaged person and he will have my support, if I see you support him.
# Be aware of the fact that you are a community, not a sum of individuals:
- Participate on the forum, write your questions, your wishes, your opinion. Show presence! Even if you think your U21 or NT coach makes mistakes, write it on the forum. Only through communication your community (and thus your individual ego) can progress.
# Be aware of the fact that you are a community and this is a game:
- Games have more fun if we play together. Show presence, show the funny side of life, the funny side of your character, show the funny side of my character and make fun with it, enjoy the funny side of the game or go back to work!

Bad luck for Pilipinas the fact, that Woody created and tested a new tactic on the first half. This tactic was very tricky and it saved him from experinecing for a second time a nightmare against Pilipinas ;p

For the first time we played this system 5-3-2. He has room for improvement, especially in his aggressive pieces. We had some losses on Thursday at the friendly teams where we switched some players. The first defeat we had with Canada 2-1 with 14 shots in favor and 4 against should not have come. We have to win a tough opponent to get back to it.

Today enjoy with your soul

Today's victory what we have been looking for a long time. I expected it to be, we worked very much on regular issues with both Brazil and Uruguay. The defeat in Canadian first game we knew would do us good.
