No upcoming keepers on my youth team :(

Most of my previously graduated high rated youth team keepers have mostly high stamina, pace and passing but poor keeper skills...

If Iwould train keepers
and if there was a keeper in age of 16 (or maybe 17) with pace more than 4 and keeper skill at least 3,
and if I have the information that the U21 has no keepers,
then I would buy and train him.

I would also speak with the U21-coach and ask him to use the keeper,
and me, I would train him every week in keeper skill.

This is similar to what I did with manager ceqcfc in the past. I asked him to train young keepers and I promised to use them every Friday with the U21.
