Hello piliphinas society,

I am Midyat and I want to be selected to be the coach of Piliphinas. I am an experienced player, right now i am playing in II devision in Turkey.

-Being the coach of U -21 Turkey 2014-04 -10.(group leader finished)

-in 2015-02-23, My team was champion in Turkey super lig.


In general i like to play with 5 defenders and i like to create tactic in themes of 5-3-2 -5.212 (1) wing..

My goal is:

1- i like and think attack futbol

I am managing the U21 of Pilipinas (and I am also interested in managing the NT, but not now, perhaps in 2-3 seasons).
I use to make some questions to the candidates in the elections. The questions are allways common to all candidates. Feel free to express your thoughts - I just want to learn some more things about you; I suppose we will communicate more frequently the next 16 weeks... :)

What are your biggest achievements in sokker? (Please be clear and precise)

Which are your strengths in the game? Why should somebody vote for you?

Which do you think are the strengths of the other candidate?

Will you participate in the [NT] Mini World Cup ?

Question number 5:
Some players do not have the expected progress after leaving the U21. Perhaps they don´t get individual training anymore. Will you do something about it?

What are you training with your own team and would you train one or more players from Pilipinas in your team?

What are your goals for the NT for this coming season if you are elected? and how would you prioritize these goals?

This may include updating the database, looking for new NT players, plans for the matches this season (join a tournament, play against stronger vs weaker teams), playing with younger players vs veteran players.

1.there are a lot cough. ı think ı am good manager because for a while, ı have turkish super league champion.
2- I grow very good players and I'm tactics

7- 4-a little boring because ı we experienced users and our only goal is success
