Hi! I know,I candidate in the last minute,maybe too late,but I want to try win the election.
I was in 2011-2012 NT manager at the Hungary U21 team. Season 1: with 100% percformance,qualify to the WC. Season 2: 3rd place in the WC group,that was a dissapointment for me.
In this game the tactics and the preparation for the matches are the most important for me. There are a lot of country with low user number and I'm searching a place,where I working can,then I want to try improving the ranking. I want to qualify to the WC,maybe it is not irrealistic. Min. the 3.-4. place on the qualifiers,can be reached.

What are your goals for the NT for this coming season if you are elected? and how would you prioritize these goals?

This may include updating the database, looking for new NT players, plans for the matches this season (join a tournament, play against stronger vs weaker teams), playing with younger players vs veteran players.

If I take the team: First time,searching opponents,for next season. A lot of teams going to be playing on the WC or U27 European Champoinship,it can be difficult,but I want to reach better ranking place,before the WC qualifiers. For me is the most important,playing against a stronger,or similar teams. Against a weaker teams,I can't see,what can my team,or what can I better make with the tactics. A lot of managers ,NT managers too,playing every match with the similar tactic,against these teams can I make a suprise.
Of course,updating the database is important,scouting the possible NT players. You have 10 users,so it isn't difficult.
Maybe I can help to train players,or at Hungary are few users with good staff and a lot of money,maybe they can help too.
