Dear Pilipinas Users

I am interested to train your National team for this season.

I am Lorenzos from Cyprus.I am a Sokker player since 24/07/2008 so i am playing Sokker for more than 8 years.I am one of the most active users in Kypros and the only one who is a Sokker Tutor.

At the past i trained National teams for 3 seasons

Kypros U21
U.A.E U21
and U.A.E Senior National Team.

I also trained many young players who played for
Kypros U21, Argentina U21 , Romania U21 , France U21 , Eesti U21, Kazakhstan U21 and Hong Kong U21.

My target for your National Team is to use youngest players(U25-U26) so they can develop and make Pilipinas NT Team much stronger for the next seasons.

Also my plan is to keep your team ranking as high as possible so that we can achieve a best draw at the season after.Our target is 64th place so we can achieve 4th pot at the draw.

I can promise to you that i will not spam or disturb any Pilipinas user.I will be honest if you give me the chance to train your country national team.

I just have some few questions:

1. If you become NT coach for the season, how will you achieve your goals (ranking of at least 64 and development of younger players)? Do you have other goals for the NT for the next season?

2. Knowing that the country only has very few teams (less than 10) with only 3 teams with youth schools, what is your strategy in keeping the NT as strong, if not stronger than the previous NT (when the country had more than 8 youth schools open)

3. What is your favorite tactic to use in sokker and what formations do you have most experience in using?

1) At first i will like to inform you that i am willing to stay at your National Team for 2-3 seasons if i will be elected so i am thinking of a long term plan for this country development.My first goal will be to make a very well suited and contiuously updated (weekly) database of all Pilipinas players.
Second i will arrange many friendlies with similar ranking teams and a few with higher and lower ranking teams.
Something we used to do with Kypros is to planning friendlies with higher ranking teams and agreed to play their U25 squad so we can catch up some extra points by winning or drawing them.

2.The answer is online campaign for Pilipinas people with your help of course and any new user will be welcomed by me with personal message and with extra help we hope we can keep some new users for Pilipinas.In my plan is to keep in action all current users and of course the right and planned selling of new promoted juniors to trusted and good one trainers (including me and Tsolias) who will train exactly the skills we will want to!!

3.My favourite tactis to use is 4-1-4-1 with a second hidden hunter(10) behind the front Attacker(11)
.One DM with 2 Central midfielders who helps both defence and attack!!

I have experience in many tactics but i am most experienced and think of not conceding even a goal instead of scoring many.I prefer to win 1-0 than 4-3.

I am open to any other questions and i hope that i will get some.

I speak with Tsolias who is also Greek and i will be grateful to work with him if we both get elected!!

first of all thanks for showing interest for the NT. As you know, I am the current coach of U21 and I usually have some questions:

1. Write me something about your achievements. About what achievements are you proud?
2. What are your targets about the team?
3. Will you participate this season in the Mini World Cup and/or in the U27 European Championship?
4. Do you use tools like Sokker Organizer, Sokker Viewer, oSokker, SkUnk or Excel?

At first i would like to thank you for everything you helped me this 3 weeks and i am almost ready to start a very good season for Pilipinas NT.

1.From the begining!! I am a Sokker user for more than 8 years and i log in 3 or 4 times a day!!
As a Kypros user i am very get used to the situation that Pilipinas community faced with many inactive users so i am not gonna be dissapointed by this and i will continue trying my best for this season!
I am the one and only Tutor for Kypros and i was selected by Greece(Hellas) Admins some years ago!!
I made many users being part of the community(forum,junior schools, invest in Kypros players) and i am ready to do the same for Pilipinas!!
As for my team i used to play for A division in Kypros for many seasons(3rd place was my best) but last 8-10 seasons i train young GK(thats my speciality) who played for many different countries.
At the past i have been elected for Kypros U21, U.A.E U21 twice and U.A.E NT.

2.My targets for your National Team is to use youngest players(U25-U26) so they can develop and make Pilipinas NT Team much stronger for the next seasons.

Also my plan is to keep your team ranking as high as possible so that we can achieve a best draw at the season after.Our target is 64th place so we can achieve 4th pot at the draw.This is gonna be achieved if we organize friendlies with higher ranking countries and overcome Panama(64th place right now with 1319.20).We have 1080.66 so this is gonna be a very diffucult but not impossible target.

3.Tomorrow i will get in touch with other NT coaches so i can arrange this but i believe we should take part to Mini World Cup.

4.I ussualy use Sokker Viewer , Sokker Organizer and for database i am an Excel fan :)

Dear Pilipinas Users

I am interested to train your National team again for 2nd concecutive time.

This time i will not introduce myself to you but i will present you what did i actually
achieved or failed from the tasks i promised to you that i will do last season.

At first i am proud that i kept my promise to use many young players(U25) so they can get benefits
from this first squad appearances and i promise to continue using them as they are the next
generation of Pilippinas(Plus that i want to use some players from U21 squad who played very well
this season with my friend Tsolias.

Second i want to say sorry for the bad results which bring us to position 79th(5th pot of Draw)
and for the many losses ,eventhough many of our friendlies where against much hardest teams such
as France,Hrvatska ,Nederland and Danmark.I cant promise to win every game next season but
i will do my best and i will work hardest to make my tactics better so we can get some better
results.

And for the last point i want to report to the efort i give to bring more Pilippinas users
to Sokker but no body reacted.I advertised Sokker to 10 Pilipinas websites
(football discussion,football manager lovers,and other managerial games forums plus Hattrick)
but nothing.I also sent sk mail to every Pilipinas users to start a youth school
and be more active at forum but no one answered to me.

So i want to give me another one chance.
I am here to answer to any questions you want to ask.

1. What can you do to improve your performance from last season's run with the NT?

2. What should we expect with the NT if you win the elections?

3. What is your goal for the world cup qualifiers and how will you achieve those? Also, in what place do you think we will finish this season?

4. Why did you change the jersey color of Pilipinas NT? XD

1.At first i want to say sorry for one more time for the last dissapointing results.Some reasons is that i use weakest and youngest players than the opponents and that i used some wrong tactics for some games.I am also happy that with the usage of this players(U25-U26) they got the benefits they could take plus that after this season their getting better and better as they still pop.On the other hand oldest players will start to getting worse at the further seasons so i avoid to use them!!

2.I am not going to promise anything crazy and i will not give you hope for anything untouched.Pilippinas community is not going to be populated again as Sokker community begins to die after developers give their attention to other things.But if we all try we could bring 2-3 friends who would like to play this game and open an academy so Pilippinas will grow.Only with this way because any other way i try has failed.

3.I am not going to promise you the qualification and i am not believe in this.But my goal is to have a strength squad which will fight at every game for 3 points and hope for the best.My goal is to finish at least at 4th place and why not above.

4.I changed Pilipinas jersey color as the original colors i found on internet!!White and blue but if you dont like it i can change it of course.

I already change jersey colours back to normal!!I am sorry i found the wrong picture from real National team.The correct colours are white shirt and shorts and for the GK is yellow shirt and black shorts.

It's not a big deal XD I was just curious :)

Why should we vote for you for the next season? What are your plans and goals for the season if elected?

My plan is to keep using younger players in first eleven of Pilippinas and try to climb up on ranking!! I know i am not so active as last 2 seasons but i am here if no one better candicate!!I am very happy for been Pilippinas coach for last seasons and happy to have many Pilippinas juniors playing for my team!! I am here for your team and the choice is yours now :)
