What is your goal for a small country like Pilipinas?

Do you have experience in managing an U21 team?

My goal will be to prepare Filipinos for a good qualification for the U21 World Cup. I would like to do a project of more than 2 seasons if the community allows me. To rise in the world ranking, to have always updated the database and to support this country, I had experience in the U21 of Cuba where we have a great community, I want to have a nice experience aki and then to return to my country again
