i would like to help Pilipinas for some seazons,most in Ranking and fighting ofc in qualification Group
i have experiance with both NT and NT U21 in my country with success
i know how to work with data,how to help and prepare NT teams
and i will be happy if u let me show u my work :)

Hello Tolis - I am positively very suprised about your candidacy. You made a great job with Hellas U21+NT and I will continue to support the team of Pilipinas because of you!
This is a suprising candidacy and I am very happy about it.

For anyone who doesn´t now Tolis: Tolis is one of the Greek Sokker-gurus :)

He was the U21 coach of Hellas for 2 seasons and NT-coach also for 2 seasons. For much more seasons he also does a lot of work for the future U21 and NT generations (by forum announcements of transfer listed players etc.)

What is your strategy in working with a very small country such as the Philippines?

i will do as i was doing in Hellas
any young 22+ good player must have experience and training
in the qualification group i must fight for the second place,so i will choose more experiance team
Pilipinas must play with teams 50-65 ranking at the moment,so i will choose carefully
our Friendlies,for gathering points and climp at ranking
my favorite tactic is 4-5 Deffenders,2-4 mid,and 1-3 attackers :p
so no favorite tactic
scouting will be every day almost,refreshing data often,
every Friday posting in forum the news of the NT,and how we will play,not everything ofc!
and we will talk often about training with those who have Pilipinas players for training.
