I was supervisor of the Pilipinas U21 in the past season.
I remember you and I welcome your candidature. :)

I think like you, that " to gather players who may be lost and to form a good team" is very important for this team, because of having just a few users.
So, I have some questions:
1. What will you make to gather players who may be lost?
2. Will you participate in the U20 Mamma Mia Cup (Mini World Cup)?
3. Will you participate in the U20 Asian-Cup?
4. Will you train in your club any player from Pilipinas and in what skill?
5. Will you write on forum weekly any words about the matches?

1. Like I did in Island U21, I had 2 users with a academy, 1 had no academy, and later a new team started, and I managed to convince them to have a academy and that it was profitable and important.
There are 4 or 5 seasons which U21 gone up.
In Mirs it's very complicate... there are some team but... look this team Tiger00Muslim 58 players, academy there are players with 27 yeares...
I had to look for the BOT teams and summon friendly players and wait for those teams to be taken to auction.
2. Yes i hope. As in previous in Island and Mirs i play all season with a U20.

4. Why not. I train Strikers, in the next season maybe tecnhique.
5. In Island i write in Mirs a litle because nobody reads

Play with U20 all season

i will give u an advise
Pilipinas dont have huge data and ofc not many good players coz of 10 ppl in this game
just give matches to all those have the chance to play in NT later
no matter if they r 21 or 18,they must all having experiance and training

Out of those 10 people, only 2 have established youth school and 1 with an early youth school. Actually, only 4-5 are really active users too...

Tolis is right that playing U20 for the whole season may not be the best idea; although you can always have matches using the U20, especially in the last part of the season. We also need to maintain or increase our ranking to get a good spot at the WCQ.

I have this experiense in Iceland.

It's important to be called up and play at least a few minutes, because this team (killer73 [44192]) are Eccellenza.058 in italia and when a team it's create in this moment is create in Eccellenza and killer73 [44192] it's a BUT if the player in in U21 and play minutes, goes for sale.

Last season it's not a good season results...

But i hope to work this season and the next season i hope results.

I hope to work with U20 players to prepare the next season...

What do you expect from this time? that works only with U20 players? looking for difficult or equivalent matches?

Will you consider being the NT coach?

We finished last in the WCQ but honestly I can't blame it on you because we really have a decline in the quality of the U21 players... I think we should still play with U21 for the first part of the season for ranking points and play against different strength teams to get a good tactic suited for our players :)

I'm thinking about playing with U21 initially and improving the tactical component, at this moment I do not want to be NT coach, but maybe I would like to be in 2 or 3 seasons, with players I've already met and I know about U21
