Hello my friends!

I told you perhaps one day I will be back. Here I am! I want to manage your NT, together with my friend, a sokker enthusiast, a guy who adapts tactics faster than the light, a man whose name derives from the greek name Fotis (the enlighted) and from the name of special 1 Mourinho, foutinho. Our goal is to be better than Roman, before 2 seasons (by the way, he is now candidating for the german NT).

2 managers, how will it work?
- Foutinho shall be the official and me, Tsolias, his assistant.

Last time Tsolias coached NT, it was a big defeat (5:0 against Colombia). Why shall we believe it will be better now?
- I learned a lot on my U21 time in Pilipinas and I learned some more things in U21 Deutschland. My knowledge and Foutinho´s knowledge together may be a big advantage.

What priorities do you set?
- Priority number 1 is to get good results on the qualifiers. Then we plan to do some work for the database and do some tutoring like on my U21 time in the past.

Will you spam the Forum again like in the past?
- No! But sometimes things have to be writen on the forum, so that everybody knows about them.
By the way, do not expect same match reports like in the past. They will be shorter. The main point is, there will be at least a short report.

Hello!

For me, it's the first time I candidate to take on a national team. I have the will, the mood and I will also have the help of my friend and great manager Tsolias.
The only sure thing is that nothing will happen by coincidence, and we will work for the best of the NT.
Me and Tsolias, we ask for your vote ...... and all we have to say is we will work efficient and with fun, like friends do!

PS: I apologize for my English. I will frequently use the help of friends, of Tsolias, or google will translate for me.

Let me clarify... it's your first NT experience? or just the first time being the head coach?

Let me answer.
If you trust him and me (we will cooperate the whole season together), then It will be his first experience. First experience, like it was my first experience when I was trusted to manage Pilipinas U21.

For me it will also be official my first experience. However I have already got some unofficial NT experience with scouting, with tactics and everything else that has to do with the matter of NTs.

Let me please also clarify something:
I see no vote and I ask myself:
- Is something more you expect? Can I do something more for it? Or is something annoying you?
My candidature with foutinho was suposed to be a gift for the Azkals. If you do not see it that way, please let me know. In this case we would withdraw the candidacy and everything is ok.

To be honest, I'm interested, especially since you will be the assistant. I'm just waiting a little bit more if there are other candidates :)

First of all thank you for having trusted the NT of Pilipinas for one season to me and to my friend Foutinho.

Before one season I wote about Foutinho following words:

and furthermore:

So, lets see if things happened like I promissed.

- Short reports about the matches
There is a short report about each match.

- Database
When we started, the database was ruined. Only 5-6 NT-players and the rest mediocre players. Now the best players are on the database and they are up to date.

- Tutoring
I admit, there was no tutoring like I promised.

- Good results on the qualifiers
This was a promise for the next season and from the first day we started to prepare the team and ourselves to make this happen:
# Some players get better training,
# our NT climbed more than 10 places on the NT rankinng to rank 62 and will get a better draw dor the qualifiers
# The results we had so far are very promising:

Week 14 - Moldova U28 3:1 Pilipinas U28 L
Week 15 - Pilipinas 6:5 (2:2, extra time 3:3) Nippon W
6 W - 2 D - 6 L

# If you compare the results to the results of the season before, you will notice, that they are better (on the season before. On the season before Foutinho, there were 8 matches with our team receiving 4-8 goals on each match...).

# If you check the name of the oponents, then, it might happen that you realise, that there was a strategy on preparing the team and the tactics for the qualifiers next season. There was no easy match and some matches were extremly difficult, like the matches with Latvia, Germany, Denmark, Indonesia and next Saturday with Viet Nam.

# Furthermre, on all matches Foutinho didn´t played with the best possible eleven. He used only players, who have the potendtial to play on the qualifiers next season (= no players over 32y) and he gave priority to the ones who are still developing (U28)

Conclusion: I am very satisfied from the first season of Foutinho coaching a NT.
Especially on the first half of the season, I provoked him to take the risk to loose some games in order to find out his weak points. He has checked these weak points and he has fixed them very fast and he still has the same enthusiasm, like me, for every NT match.

I want to point out briefly 3 things:

# I want to continue with the NT the mission I started, thanks to your vote on last season. The plan I started, is designed for the qualifiers in the next season. I look forward with enthusiasm for the qualifiers.

# I want to thank you for having me helped to update the database and I ask you to keep me informed about future skillups of NT-players.

# Despite the low number of users in Pilipinas, there are some very strong players. It happened not by chance, but because some of you trained them efficient (every week individual training for more than one match), like Tsolias asked you while he was the U21 manager. I ask you to dare to continue training this way. Dare to focus your training on players, who will get individual training every week.

Finally, I ask you again for your trust and for your vote.
For me it´s an honour and big pleasure to manage the NT. Thank you!
